Very clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby. Located near a big park where I could go and spend a nice relaxing day. Lots of interesting places to see nearby like the markets. Having Grab services was a plus point. I really enjoyed the free hot drinks in the morning from 6.00 to 11.00. You can have Americano, cappuccino, hot chocolate or mocha. Overall, this place is well organized. It seems popular too judging by the constant stream of guests arriving every day. Worth the price.

Would have liked to be on the upper floors instead of the ground floor where I stayed which didn't provide much privacy as the window looked out directly onto the parking. So had to keep the shade down all the time. Otherwise, everything was superb!

Hop Inn keep their high standards wherever you find one. I've stayed in this chain before and you know you will get the same. Clean, super comfortable bed. Good quality furnishings. Fridge. TV. On suite in every room. You have the option of a lift to your floor as well as stairs. Highly recommended.

These rooms present a graduate school dorm vibe, but don't let that distract you. My room was spotless, well maintained, and surprisingly comfortable, including a softer than average bed for Thailand and much better than average shower. The location is great, right near the central park and many restaurants, and a comfortable walk to the bus station, cathedral, and riverside community areas. Good Wi-Fi. Lift. Plenty of parking. Nice touches like reusable glass water bottles (instead of plastic) and free coffee in the lobby. I can't imagine better value for money.

There aren't many international television channels in the lineup, but to be fair, I don't think Chanthaburi gets very many foreign visitors.

An excellent, modern, functional hotel. Everything worked properly, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the staff were helpful and there was free coffee in the lobby every morning.

Reasonable comfort level for a price. It's budget, but predictable quality. If you are familiar with IBIS you will find it similar. Find it in many Thai cities, and usually will choose it if available. Friendly and helpful reception. Parking place available.

Rooms and building looks quite cheap and lack individuality. Only free morning coffee from the machine is provided for breakfast.

We stayed here overnight on our way down to Koh Chang. I was interested in the town itself and wanted two things from a hotel 1) comfort 2) not too far from the historic center (riverside community). I wasn't disappointed! The room and the whole hotel were functional and comfortable. It would be a great choice for a business hotel. If this the standard for Hop Inn hotels then I'm definitely going to look into staying at their properties elsewhere in the future. A big thumbs up from me.

Nothing major to report. There was a compressor or some technology turning on and off all night, which wasn't disruptive but I could hear it from my room on the second floor.

Good location, friendly staff, value for money, shower was good and bed was comfortable. This is a no frills hotel, no kettle or hairdryer but good for a stopover on way to koh Chang.

The location is close to markets but so peaceful. The room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. What I like the most is friendly supportive front office staff.
