Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, lovely hot showers, and great views. A pet friendly hotel of this quality/value is unusual, and they were very welcoming to me and my dog. Restaurant/room service is good, and the bed was super comfortable. Good stay on the edge of the city (I was driving out and wanted a head start in the evening before I really started my roadtrip the next day).

It is a little bit of a party hotel, so there were some noisy guests up moderately late. That being said, no one made noticeable noise past 2am, it's a big hotel, and the walls are pretty soundproof so you can only really hear people passing in the hallway.

Front desk was exceptionally wonderful Attentive and accomodating! Offered safe taxi service which worked out great!

Room lacked attention, dusty curtains and hairs on the sink Showerheads clogged Minifridge useleass But worst was food quality and taste Awful service except for the good looking younger waiter who was first class quality.

I specifically chose this hotel to enjoy calm and quiet after a long flight and it was perfect. the room was with a bath and it was excellent. The location is far away from the city’s hustle and bustle and it takes about 30 minutes to get into anything you’d like to visit. I did not mind this at all- but if you wish to be near restaurants and such .. his hotel is far out. Although there is a very good Asian and another Mexican restaurant below. The hotel’s restaurant also has wonderful food. my daughter became quite ill- and their help for us was above what was expected - calling a doctor who came in the middle of the night.. which I appreciate. THE STAFF … were all hands down - amazing, open and warm hearted .. really they made the place. Thanks everyone for the amazing love and care .

I wanted to have the air conditioning off at times but that messed with the program. It’s best to ask at reception how it works. It’s also good that I could speak a bit of Spanish because it came in handy in the restaurant and when ordering room service. Though there were those that could at reception and a coupe in the restaurant.

The Hotel is located in a busy area in Toreo, an equally busy location outside the city centre. Easy to access and very clean. The staff are excellent and would do all within their powers to render services

The location is slightly outside the city centre and because of the traffic, may take up to an hour to get to the city centre depending on the time of the day.

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. It was useful to have a fridge in the room.

I was not able to make tea in the room. There was just a coffee maker and the water cooler outside the room was just for cold water. Also the cleaner woke me up before 9am when I was sleeping to ask if I was vacating the room that day. They should know that from reception and not disturb the guests

The room was clean, quite comfortable (especially the bed), and had all the amenities that I like. The room was in great repair and had a nice modern decor. The lobby was beautiful and had a nice bar in it. Finally, the staff was tremendous. It is great for most of your travel needs. All this for a great price.

Water escaped from the shower too easily. Also, there isn’t a lot of washroom privacy in the room I had since the toilet and shower are in their own little rooms. This was not an issue with me since I was travelling with my wife and infant son.

Pretty new installation, everything looks modern, new and clean. easy to access and people is helping you in every moment. Quiet place and quiet room, Not that centric because is up left to the Polanco Area, but 10 min in Taxi. Massive Valet parking, so is easy and fast to leave your car there.

The hotel is really nicely decorated, modern and super comfortable.

The breakfast was decent, but the waiting staff was a bit strange and rude. They didn't tell me what was included in the breakfast, and so didn't give me everything from the menu. (Like juice, coffee, fruit ,and hot dish) It was only on the last day that I knew I could get several items.

THE HOTEL IS MODERN, FACILITIES ARE OF GREAT QUALITY AND ROOMS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

THERE IS NO VALET SERVICE OR SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP WITH LUGGAGE. THAT IS A BIG MINUS.
