I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric on my birthday, making the occasion truly memorable. The housekeeping manager personally greeted me and ensured that all key requirements were well taken care of, which added a warm and personalized touch. I also got the chance to connect with the General Manager and share my real-time feedback, which was greatly appreciated. The staff throughout the property was very supportive, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the front office team for making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable experience.

It’s looks like peoples are too hard on review of this property it’s not that bad as it’s appear in review! Staff of hotel is very responsive each and every one! II had requested breakfast in the room for my wife, who had just undergone surgery, and it was provided in the best possible way. The staff’s care and attention were truly commendable. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service exceeded our expectations. Given the hotel’s convenient location near major hospitals, this thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.

We sincerely feel that the pricing of food items could be reconsidered, especially for simpler dishes. Given the hotel's proximity to several hospitals, many guests, including us, are here for medical treatments. For such guests, reasonably priced basic meals like steamed rice or plain dal would be a thoughtful and considerate offering. With a bit more attention to this aspect, your hotel has the potential to become one of the very best in Delhi. We’ve stayed at properties like Sheraton, Hilton, and Ambience, and in many ways, we found Hyatt to be better. A small change in approach could make a big difference. .

Chicken curry was good but Chicken smell was raw Pigeon around Swimming Pool Still using mosquito sprays wondering if they ever thought about Mosquito Repellent plants ever Toilet wasn't cleaned properly before we checked in, we could see some traces of the previous occupant Jet Spray length was so tiny it would only come around for a Slim Fit person no Proper door mat close to bathroom wet area and also none at the Bathroom entrance No Travel Desk. As per World of Hyatt App Chat agent there will be one but the reception simply told that "sorry we are a business hotel" but business hotel doesn't have any prominent newspapers. it had something called the daily guardian Airport Transfer or Shuttle was 3000 INR

The Room was spacious and really had a modern look. We felt that much had improved since we stayed here 2 yes ago. The staff were super helpful and very pleasant to interact with. I wasn’t well for a day and the duty manager and the Reception staff came over to inquire, provided me in room bfast and brought me meds as my doctor prescribed. We will certainly stay here again.

Location: It was easy to commute local shops. Breakfast : The omelette was so delicious. Room: spacious and comfortable. Beds were so comfortable. There were good quality products in the bathroom. Staff were helpful. Overall excellent experience.

Breakfast was served incorrectly. We got only one plate of breakfast instead of two. Also bread was missing. Plug point was broken in the bathroom. Hand held shower would have been better.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay and the manager entertained our request to check-in a bit early. Room was spacious, clean and had a good view of the pool Food was delicious (sumptuous potato hash-browns) and they promptly catered to special requests too. Location of the hotel is right next to Janakpuri West station so catching a metro is quite convenient.

Nothing to dislike as such. For visiting the attractions in central and South delhi, the location of the hotel can prove a bit tedious but metro station proximity helps address it to some extent.

OVERALL STAY WAS EXCELLENT Room was Excellent. Mr Neerav showed outstanding cooperation House keeping Staff were fabulous. F&B staff needs to be trained for better customer hospitality relationship Buffet Dinner price were EXORBITANT HIGH and hotel management need to introspect. In general, all Staff were very co-operative.

The staff was very nice and the location of the room was very nice. The ambience overall was very classy and I liked it very much. From the room service, facilities and the fitness center, all was appreciated in a positive manner.

I don't want to be a picky person, but as a international chain of hotels, that is Hyatt, I expected some things to be better. I noticed that the corridor leading to the room 601 had a moldy smell. Something that comes from seepage/dampness of water leakage. The same smell was persistant in the room as well. Another thing is the vents for the AC were very dirty. I know it is something that does not directly affects me, but it was really something that could be improved. Another last thing, my roon 601 had shoe prints on the wall, below the window. Not a major negative, but slightly off putting.

Although the hotel is far from centre but location is excellent being adjacent to metro and well known to lots cabs, autos etc. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They did not charge or made us wait for early check-in as requested on booking.com. Food is fabulous and restaurant staffs are one of the best in delhi.

My father can’t walk properly; he needs stick but the hotel is little high and there’s no lift or escalator from bottom. Also all the lifts are at the same place so passages are long to cover. There are two receptions but most of the time only one is operating; which also is slow. We had early check-in on ore request but the ususal check in time is 2 pm which is too late.
