I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotel Medicity. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Chandu and Shubham were incredibly helpful, courteous, and always went the extra mile to ensure I felt at home. Whether it was arranging transport or offering local recommendations, they handled everything with a smile. The location is also convenient, especially for those visiting the nearby hospitals. Bloom is a gem of a boutique hotel chain. It is value for money and provides exceptional facilities and customer service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Aerocity but to tell the truth the Bloom is a much better and economical option. All the staff encountered were very helpful and friendly. I loved the complimentary water bottles and healthy snacks. The in-house restaurant is another bonus serving an excellent selection of items. It is a very airy and clean building with uplifting decor. I just wish a Bloom hotel was available in all cities and towns especially in my family hometown of Chitrakoot!

The drainage in the bathroom had some issues when it rained heavily one day but the cleaning staff quickly cleared up the mess.

I had a fantastic experience at bloom hotel and would highty recommend it. The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearest metro , medanta hospital etc. The rooms was spacious , impeccablt clean , and tastefully decorated , making for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating , ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The hotel facilities were top-notch; we especially enjoyed the bloom chat which is very different from other hotels and convent to use with fast service. The value for money was excellent considering the level of service and comfort provided.

Superb hospitality/very clean…each and every staff tries their best to make every guest feel so special…..superb checkin procedure…I will rate is as the best hotel in Delhi NCR…I have visited numerous hotels and countries very high standards ..it is one the the few hotels which are superb in hospitality.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very polite, the staff came to the room to drop us and gave us the tour of the property, excellent hospitality and best breakfast . The portion of each food item at the breakfast table was very smart. The presentation was on point. The view from the breakfast table was very beautiful

Bloom Hotel Medicity is an excellent choice if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located hotel near Medanta Hospital. It's ideal for both medical visitors and tourists. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of dishes, and the quality of food is good. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with both continental and Indian options.

Close to medanta hospital. Small but friendly hotel. We stayed there for 7 nights. Helpful staff. Breakfast was nice although not many options, but enough to suit different tastes. Also the cafe serves a delicious cold coffee! Prices are very affordable .

Cleanliness of the rooms. To aviod rooms 114 and 124 has drainage problem. Bad smell from bathroom

This is value for money though the rooms were small but clean and staff was polite and helpful. If you are planning to show to Doctors or appointment in Medanta, then this 500 mtrs away from that place.

Room was quite small and just fit for stay. The staff was polite. The only downside is that there is no food stalls nearby. The hotel does have the caffe which provides all kind of food like breakfast, lunch & dinner so you can enjoy there.

Hotel is not in a happening place ( No food places or markets near by) , But the room was good in terms of size and cleanliness . Thou i arrived at the mid night check in was smooth Break fast was sufficient, Food quality was good

Menu was very limited , basic facilities ( no Gym , swimming pool ) Bathroom was bit small

I recently stayed at bloom hotel medicity for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by overall experience.The hotel is conveniently located near medanta hospital and the combination of stunning natural surroundings really attact the hotel. I will highly appreciate the hospitality of bloom which makes a very comfortable and memorable stay. Food quality is up to the mark.
