Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished, providing us with the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Multan. I liked everything

Newly modernised with all the amenities you would expect of a good quality 4 star hotel by Western standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a specific mention to Fatima on Front Desk who went out of her way to help us with things like taxis and navigating around Multan.

Suggested improvements: the quality of the bed mattress should be upgraded.

Visited Multan for the test match between Pakistan and England. Lovely hotel, clean& comfortable, excellent value for money. The food was very good and very cheap & the service from all staff was exceptional. The gym was basic but fit for purpose but, disappointingly, the pool was out of action.

Not really the hotel's fault but the ridiculous security imposed on us meant we were literally imprisoned in the hotel unless armed guards accompanied us. This was very restrictive & meant that we couldn't come & go as we pleased.

Breakfast Menu was very limited. The fresh juices are diluted with water. Coffee was not included in the breakfast however on my request they served me with the cofee.

The Swiming Pool was not available and that is the big negative point if you are claiming to have a swiming Pool but not to keep it operational is very bad

All the staff was very friendly and supportive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym during our stay. Breakfast was deliciously nutritious!

It is only a suggestion that there was a small panel door in the washroom which was locked but not covered properly. It could be a potential threat to privacy. Kindly remove the grill of panel door and place a hard board to ensure peace of mind.

The staff is very professional and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable, room service is also very good , Umar and neha at reception were very friendly and professional

The lift is bit slow and temperature is bit hot but rest facilities are value for money, best in range nearby locality

1) The complementary breakfast buffet was good. 2) Air conditioning was good. 3) They had space in basement for parking. 4) The staff was cooperative.

1) The room we got did not have sound insulation. On top of that, the room next to ours was taken up by bachelors who stayed up late into the night making a ruckus. 2) The bed sheet wasn’t clean when we checked in. There was dust on it that caused me a dust allergy. We had to call room service to change it.

1) The room was carpeted which is good to have during winters. 2) They had private parking underground in the basement. 3) The food was good. 4) The breakfast was good, and the buffet had good options available.

1) There were moth flies in the washrooms, and some in the room as well. I complained about it during checkout. The person at the reception noted it down but didn't say anything in response to my complain. 2) Heating mode was not enabled on the central cooling/heating console. I asked them to open it twice. When I woke up during the night though, it had been enabled but not automatically turned on (of course). It should be enabled at all times during winters for folks to choose from. 3) They provide two small complimentary water bottles, which aren't sufficient for a two adults and one child. 4) Coffee is not included in the complimentary breakfast, which makes no sense. Although the server was kind enough to _make_ it complimentary after first letting us know that it wasn't.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. From the manager till the bell boy, every staff member was courteous. The room was clean and tidy, the swimming pool and gym were well maintained and the breakfast was as good as you want it. I will surely stay here again and will recommend others for it also.
