Love every thing

I did not like that the fees that I was giving on Booking, when I got at the Resort it was like $1900 more. Normally what was quoted on Booking be the price with additional tax fees. But thus time was really hi from $3700 to $4900

North 23 excellent food and service! Beach and adult pool beautiful setting and layout. Stayed at the 2 bdrm Villa and it is comfortable and well layout and neighborhood is well kept in landscaping and architecture. Beach setting is stunning and so are the properties privately owned overlooking the ocean so rent a golfcart and go explore.

Sadly, Palapa restaurant on the premises service is absolutely terrible as waiters seem to take your order without any rush and food can take more than an hour for appetizer to be served. Also food quality is quite average but overpriced and some items are too greasy to eat like frenchfries. Drinks on the bar are nice and frozen drinks are indeed the best to order. No beach food service is a major drawback and beach bar only opens until 5pm with sunsets at 8pm so drinks and snacks hopefully can be served in the future. North 23 restaurant only opens for dinner and woukd be great of they could extend drinks & light snacks in aduly pool area as their premises are equipped and at close distance to guests.

Beyond our expectations, the property was well run well cared for and and one of the best properties we have ever stayed. The location could not have been more perfect, well appointed, and the services were dependable, professional, and the staff was exceptional. Everything was close by and it was a gated community so there was a sense of security that made it even more easy to relax and enjoy this beautiful island.

Beautiful location, beach was stunning and appreciated that they cleaned it up daily (unlike sandals nextdoor that had lots of washed up seaweed and plastic). Has decent snorkeling from right in front of resort Staff were friendly Both the pools were excellent Lots of options and plentiful supply of sunbeds Was nice to have use of paddle boards/snorkel gear

Our fridge broke so we had to move villas which was quite annoying and the new one was less nice and had a broken dish washer. For the price paid would expect working, well maintained appliances Both restaurants were nice but vegetarian options very limited and lacking a kids menu

Very big residence in a nice location but with space for improvement. The apartment was big with a very well equipped kitchen. We tried 2/3 restaurants and the service was extremely slow, not particularly kind and the menù quite poor. Prices are extremely high for everything. The beach is nice even if there are better places in the island. I am not sure I will choose again this residence if coming back to Exuma

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. We loved the beach and the fact that the snorkeling was amazing due to the reef system.

I feel like the resort is priced a little high and the food is extremely expensive and is subpar. You should consider less fried food and more grilled fresh seafood, and fruit.

The property was very clean. Flooding had caused an issue with the golf course and water clarity in the bay.Layout of our room was exceptional.

inconsistency of the opening of beach bar and closing time of main bar. Confusion on tipping. Every bill had a 15 percent charge, but we tipped extra when the service was good .

Incredible beach. Lovely spacious rooms and very well kitted out. The staff everywhere were , so kind and friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much effort. It’s paradise and we literally had the trip of a lifetime.

Amazing beach and service.

Really expensive and we experienced a blackout for more than 7 hours and the resort does not have a backup for that.
