The accomodation was faultless. The older gentleman at the reception very kind and helpful. The room was so much more than we expected & deserved for the night. Wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy and appreciate it! We were just passing through this time, to break up our long drive. We could have stayed right in the centre of the action (old town, next to shops, etc.), but we chose this place for the safer snd easier parking it offered. We definitely made the right call, and if we are passing through again, or when we're visiting Ansbach properly, we absolutely will be booking the same room again. No bells & whistles, but just simple, clean, big, and very comfortable. The extra star on the rating is thanks to the stuff friendliness - and a mint on the pillow was a nice touch. The bathroom was the best, really warm temperature. Room was comfortable for one person. You're a 10/15 min walk from the train station that takes you to Nurnberg in about 40 mins.

the lobby was a little small if you wanted to hang out for a bit... and it was a bit noisy, but due to other travellers - but it's ok for an overnight stay

Simple but comfortable accommodation. Property doesn't look like a fantasy on approach, but actually provides a very satisfactory place to stay. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room with good bed. Decent breakfast served by friendly staff.

I had dinner in the conjoined Italian restaurant, where the food is very good and the service was attentive. Good value for money. I didn't try the breakfast as I had to be on the road early.

Include breakfast in the price. Otherwise every thing was as expected.

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional. The room was large and comfortable for 2 adults and 1 toddler. The room and bathroom were simple and clean and it was quiet. The Hotel is close to food and stores too.

The bed and pillows were okay, not the best or most comfortable but, it did the job for a 1 night stay.

The staffs are the best. the warmth and hospitality is by far the best I have experienced. the room is spacious and clean. The Italian restaurant onsite served great food. Really enjoyed the stay. The garage to lock up the bicycle is great.
