We stayed here to get away from the hurricane our room was nice and cozy and quite.

When we checked in we didn’t have any towels in our room. We asked the next morning for towels and they said the housekeeper would bring them. She never did so we had to ask for some again. When we did get towels they had a strong weird smell not sure what it was. And one of the pillows we had had mildew on it. We only seen it when the pillow case came off some.

I LOVED that they updated the rooms and removed the carpet!!! It's so much cleaner feeling with the hard flooring. They are renovating currently (Spring 2024) so there is a bunch of junk and old furniture sitting around but I'm sure that'll be cleaned up soon. The staff was all super nice and accommodating, switching us to a non-smoking room upon my request. The breakfast was hot and fed the family. There's also a Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel and it was great too.

The rooms smelled nice and were comfy and clean. The staff was great. There were more ammenities in the rooms than I am used to in a 2 star or even 3 star hotel. We had a mini fridge and a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and the free Wifi was strong! We LOVED the unexpectedly awesome free hotel breakfast! You can make your own hot waffles and there's eggs and sausage (really good sausage patties) and then 3 kinds of juice, coffee, milk, cereal, muffins, and yogurt! Staff was nice and the hotel was SO quiet! Our room was so well noise-insulated we didn't even hear a peep, not even the storms that were happening while we were there. I wouldn't have known it was raining and thundering and hailing!

There's not much. The room could have used a chair or two maybe? The shower curtain rod was slumping so the floor would get wet when we showered, but it wasn't a big deal and they gave us extra towels. The pool was closed though it was really hot out. And my biggest complaint was I requested a disability accessible room close to parking so I could easily get to and from my room and I had to walk through a breezeway to get to my room. BUT, I was booking one of their last three rooms on a weekend when a big event had all the hotels booked, so I knew I was only going to be able to get accommodated so far. It still wasn't a long walk and we were the first room on the other side of the breezeway. I really don't feel they could have done much better with the hotel packed out.

It's nice for a day or 2 I was there a long time staff really nice, room was comfortable for my stay been here a few time when in town they actually remembered me funny small town.

Wellll I wish they had bottle waters to sell or for free for the guest I ran out of water that evening had no access to a store but Ill know next time. I asked font desk and she did give me one that was nice.

The staff is always nice they remember my face and name from prior stays on several occasions they're real respectable staff. And will bring towels and things for your room right away if you need it. Great group of people.

The check-in staff was friendly and helpful

The only thing preventing me from giving them a 10 is the staff cleaning early and knocking on door before checkout

The hotel was immaculate. The desk was as friendly as can be and I felt safe. Traveling alone can sometimes be scary, but it was well lit and I felt safe the whole evening.

I would be making up stories if I said anything negative. It was a super nice hotel.

Great location, closest to customer site. Spacious room with amenities. Staff is excellent.

Breakfast is less than basic, unless you like waffles every day.

The young lady at the desk was very polite and welcoming. There was a small line and she made sure we all knew we were important and she would be getting right to us. She also had patience with the guest who was holding up the line.

The breakfast selection could have more soft, quick eats. The remote control did not work.
