The beds were very comfy, and room very clean. The breakfast was very good. We are vegetarian and it's hard to find options at hotels the coffee even tho only with half and half was very good. I didn't require it too be loaded with sugar like I usually do. It must be a good brand. Loved the orange juice/apple juice machine and the many options!!

Only half and half for creamer ,it was ok missed flavored creamer. We found an earplug on the floor and someone's case to their ear pods on the floor. So staff didn't check around the bed areas or they would have seen both . My 4 year old found easily. We had 1/4 roll toilet paper ,so it was used and 1 other new roll. It was just odd going somewhere and the to was 1/4 way gone already. I'm used to it being new fresh one

Menu has been the same for the last 5 years. Change meat bacon, turkey sausages.

My TV didn't work for three days. I reported it every night and only staff member came to to fix it and she put in a ticket the next day . I was in Rm 211. You have one person on staff, she doesn't have people skills. I guess she is a student in training. I stay here every year I come to town, services was not as good as usual.

Rooms looks newly remodeled. Very clean. They were larger and really well furnished and decorated. So comfortable! Had really cool reading lights. There were reg plugs and USB charging plugs right in the wall up under the bedside lamps.

- Bathroom door didn't close. - Shower had cold and 'warm enough to shower' temps. - Need To take down or refill hangers by sink and in shower for soap/shampoo containers.

I love the lady made it easy for me to come in and tell her my name for my booking reservation and answer all my questions about the hotel and if I could check out a little later then my time and love how the room was neat and clean and bed dead super comfy I will stay again.

It only had one elevator but besides that loved everything else and it was close to restaurants could walk to so that was actually very convent for my travels

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable and spacious. Lots of pillows on the beds of soft and a little firmer to fit who ever. Enjoyed the warm breakfast,muffins biscuits oatmeal and juice /waffle machine as well as yogurt and coffee. Lots of options for even us as vegetarians.

We wish the gravy didn't have meat in it as we are vegetarian so waffle cereal and pastries yogurt were our only options. Very few muffins mostly bran . Wish there was flavored creamers for the coffee not just half and half. Over all not much wrong at all.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. When we arrived the lobby was very clean and neat. When we got to our 2 rooms both were roomy and comfortable. We were traveling with 7 in our party and everyone was comfortable. We came for a family reunion and it was nice to see other family members were staying there also. I was pleasantly surprised as some of the reviews were not complimentary.

The breakfast could have been better. At best it was average. Some fresh fruit options would have been nice.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and kid’s loved the pool. Right off the interstate made it even better!

There was a large group of teenagers on our floor, very polite, but the smell of them smoking pot was overwhelming. Especially when you have small children.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good. Our room was in a great location for us disabled old folks.

We were there to see one of our cousins for the last time. This was not a pleasure trip. No problems to speak of at the hotel.

Good hot bar, staff constantly refreshing food, good selections

Too bad that there was so little space allowed for the breakfast bar and tables/chairs. There was hardly room for two people to move about the area, so there was often a wait to get food.

This property was very well maintained and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All of the amenities were updated and new. The free breakfast was really great with a nice dining area. 10/10 recommend!
