Both of the hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The bowling area was also a great place to spend time and have fun. The breakfast was impressive — the selection was much wider than we expected.

The hotel serves a fabulous breakfast, great choice of fruits, ham and cheese. I have been here twice now and the breakfast never disappoints. Also dinner in the restaurant is superb. Staff is very kind and helpful too. I arrived late at 9pm and the kitchen was about to close and the receptionist ask the kitchen to stay open for a few more minutes so that I could order dinner ;) very much appreciated. Also free parking on site.

I can always connect my phones to the WIFI but my company laptop is struggling to connect. I'm not sure whether it's the firewall, VPN or I need to bypass the proxy. Maybe other people have issues with there company laptops too!?

I was for work in the region and was looking for a nearby hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised about the hotel. It had a big and free parking site, and the stuff was very kind and helpful. Also the rooms were nicely designed and very comfortable beds. I arrived about 10 to 9pm but the receptionist told me I could have dinner. And the food was excellent. next morning, also the breakfast was superb and had a lot of choices, highly recommended

The internet in my room was very slow and poor. I‘m not sure whether it was related to my room or whether there were general issues with the WiFi

Very nice forest themed room and lovely outdoor area for dining. Excellent variety at breakfast and the evening menu excellent quality. Location is lovely, the setting feels a lot more rural than it actually is. Great for the cycling trails.

Never did receive included part of one evening meal despite reminding staff- they did seem to be short staffed at the time of the visit though, hospitality sector is still struggling a bit post-Covid.

Great location, great help from hotel staff! It was our second time here and we will come back again!

Very decent hotel when you travel by bicycle along Spreeradweg. Nice climate, inside the forest. Big garage for bicycles. Very good breakfast. Cannot say any disadvantage.

It is not in the city center. When we came, about 9PM, the restaurant was closing, so we didn't eat supper. Not a big deal, just saying ;) The hotel is also not along the main bike path along the river. Also not a big deal, just saying.

Lovely little hotel. We stayed one night to break our trip and were really pleased with our choice. Lovely surroundings, quiet, clean. We had a dog with us and this was also not a problem. Will stay here again.

The staff exceeded the expectations, they were really nice. We got dinner served despite we arrived just at the end of check in time. Great food, delicious breakfast. Comfy room, brilliant environment, like in the forest.
