Incredible atmosphere being in a historic caravansaray, the rooms are very tastefully decorated with real wooden floors. Some reviews mention they are small but I thought the size was reasonable. Staff is very helpful and breakfast best I had in Turkey. Love the central restaurant area to hang out. Very quiet in the rooms. Very well located. Definitely an underrated place perhaps due to being located in Sivas which I found to be a surprisingly pleasant place to visit.

No issues

The building dates back to 16th century (it used to be a caravansary) and the atmosphere is absolutely unique. It is located in close proximity to main points of interest in Sivas including Gök Medrese and Sivas Congress Museum. The room was great for overnight stay.

If you have more baggage with you and wish to stay for a longer time, make sure to book the room in upper part of the building (larger ones).

The cleanliness and cosy of the room. The room is quite small but it is understandable that this hotel was renovated from the old inn. Good location, can go to major tourist attractions by walk.

- No private car park. Guests have to park their car on the street that was quite difficult to find a space and there is parking fee. Valet parking provided but also park the car on the street. Even if the hotel is responsible for the parking fee but the fee collector did not realise that and still requested for the fee from me. - The hotel staff cannot speak English.

Good location with exceptionally helpful staff. Huge and varied delicious breakfast available. Lovely building of historical interest. Lots to see in the town within easy access of the hotel. Easy access to rooms via a lift and lift available outside when carrying luggage.

Visibly smoky restaurant although not obvious when in rooms. Ensuite shower room area a little cramped. Quiet in rooms at night at back of building. Very hot in rooms and no ready instructions as to how to control temperature. Occasional drain smell in shower room.

The hotel is so quaint. The rooms are very cool. And the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The showers are a little small. The restaurant below allows smoking in all parts, which is disgusting, and they have the windows open into the foyer where the hotel rooms are located, so everything stinks of cigarettes.

Great room, could be warmer in winter. Comfortable mattress.

Bathroom is so cold, no heater. Room smelled of smoke,. the main restaurant where smoking is allowed is so full of smoke. Breakfast at the open buffet is below average. Bread was old. Cheese looked yellow from being exposed to air. Would not recommend the breakfast at all.

Charming place.

The photos of the food portions on the menu did by far not correspond to the food portions delivered on my table. The price remained. No Behrampasa Otel for me anymore.

Staying in what was a caravernaserai was exciting in itself but the hotel was exceptional in the breakfast and location. The staff were very helpful and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The elevator service and security are also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel... I wish I could've stayed longer.

The rooms are small but can't be helped as it has such history where rooms were not large at the time The overall renovation is excellent.

Hotel interior and exterior was excellent. Stay was very comfortable. Restaurant was so beautiful and having excellent facilities and the taste of food was good too.

The airport is too far away from the property and it cost too much to reach the airport by taxi

Loved the historic aspect of it. Location was walking distance to downtown and many historic sites..

Beds were a little too soft and hurt my back..pillows could have been softer.. cigarette smoke (that's a problem everywhere in Turkey)
