Spotless and with a lovely big double bed. Great location close to shops and a 30 minute walk to the railway station. Excellent breakfast and attentive and very kind staff. Offered to drive us to the station.

The staff kindness made up for our disappointment that the room we had booked did not seem as listed. For example, not 25m2, no working air con, no coffee machine and poor soundproofing. But the couple who run it cannot be faulted for their hospitality.

Everything. Ibrahim was attentive before I arrived and actually came out to fetch me from a train that arrived at 10am. He told me what places I could still visit late at night, which were really spectacular, and arranged for a taxi to take me to catch a very early train the next morning as well as providing a small packed breakfast. I wish I could have stayed longer!

I had a wonderful stay at Beyaz İnci Hotel! One of the highlights of my experience was the complimentary parking arrangement, which was incredibly convenient and important for me. The staff were very hospitable, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The owner stands out with their attentiveness and ability to add a personal touch, which truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm atmosphere!

One of the best budget hotels I have been to anywhere in the world. Rooms are very comfortable, location is perfect, quiet, breakfast is fresh and delicious, it's inexpensive, and the staff were amazing. Ibrahim went out of his way to help me find alternative travel arrangements when there was a problem with the buses and trains. He even offered to allow me to stay untill 23:30 after checkout for free if I had to catch a late train. In the end unnecessary but hugely appreciated. If you are looking for a simple, clean, comfortable hotel in Sivas, stay here.

The stay in the hotel fulfilled more than my expectations, the rooms are beautiful and extremely clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to meet you if you have any problems. The food for breakfast was varied and delicious. I would sincerely recommend a stay at the hotel to everyone

Arrived late (after midnight) - The two staff members were very professional and polite. I had just travelled 16.5 hours on the Dogu Express from Kars, it was so nice to be greeted professionally at the end of such a massive day (thank you). They helped me with my bag and showed me upstairs to my room. 2 bottles of free water in the room. Breakfast was ok, lots of nice cheese and omelette to fill up on. In the morning the staff booked a taxi for me to the bus station.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everywhere.The room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Breakfast was good, a typical Turkish breakfast. The front staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again if back in Sivas.

Great hotel, everything is new, very clean. excellent pressure of hot water, this is very important. the heating worked on 08/05/2023, the room is super comfortable. you can open the window to ventilate. Nearby there are shops open until late. There is parking right in front of the hotel. the guys placed us in rooms with higher comfort, fed us a normal breakfast in the morning. We will definitely return to this hotel on our way back. price/quality ratio is perfect.

Front desk guy was extremely helpful and knew English, House cleaning was quick and exceptional, and the location is super close to the city square. I'll definitely be coming back again

Hotel is located in the center of the city. The room was great, with big bathrooom. Everything was very clean and neat. Fresh breakfast and very kind staff. I recommend it to everyone. If I will ever be in Sivas again I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!
