I liked the layout of the hotel and felt it was family friendly. My special needs (allergies) were met and all queries answered before arrival. The reception staff were efficient and very kind. The rooms were slightly small,1 single & 1 double, but for the price they were acceptable.

The hotel was basic but comfortable and clean. The staff were fantastic - I left something behind and they called me the next day to tell me and kept it aside for when I returned. Very pleased.

Everything was fine. It was quite a distance from touristy events, etc. but we knew that when we booked and this was reflected in the price.

Small rooms, but we didn’t mind for just one night & for the price. A 15 minute walk to get to the tram into Nantes. Driving into Nantes is much easier if you want to explore.

Fantastic staff, kind and helpful. Extended check out for us so we had a few hours to sleep after being out at a concert and tired out. Great Location, great facilities, will definitely recommend.

Great location and secure parking. Rooms small as normal for these hotels. Shopping mall nearby.

Slow check in process by the receptionist but it all worked. Got a free bottle of water for the wait.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was very good too. Being able to make a hot beverage was also a plus. The buffet breakfast was excellent

There was very little space to move around in the room. There was an unnecessary luggage holder and type of pouf which took up too much floor area

We needed an inexpensive stop on our way to Bergerac, we didn’t want to be in the Centre of Nante so this worked perfectly for to continue travelling the next day, we were close by to some excellent restaurants, the hotel was very quiet and plenty of secure car parking

Lovely staff, very friendly. Clean, well equipped, excellent breakfast. Good location for restaurants and close to the CHU hospital.

Easy location for stopover on way back to ferry in Roscoff. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfy beds.

It was fine - nothing fancy but great value for money.
