Everyone has been super helpful, very cheerful – really nice people. Great panoramic Spa with full equipment, very creative food offer (new evening menu every day). Charging a car for 15 EUR, big parking just in front of the hotel for free. Location: very close to the city center where you find everything (ATM, restaurants, post office etc...)

From the pictures you could get a sense of super-new hotel (like we did), but it is "only" classic local architecture. Which is not bad, but just expected something really modern and cool :)) also we had a view of the hillside and the neighboring house (meh)

For breakfast, a wide selection of homemade müsli, spreads, veggies, bread, fruit, eggs, oatmeal, yoghurt, etc For dinner, the different courses were creatively presented and really outstanding!! My teenage son looked forward to what the menu would be. The lunch time meal used leftover desserts from last night´s dinner (especially good when it was something to look forward to) and added new cakes Spa area was nice, and the outdoor heated pool with the cold natural surrounding pool is a highlight. The tourist pass was included, saving money on chairlifts or gondolas or other activities.

I wish we could have had access to at least tap water with the lunch time meal, but one had to purchase a drink. There is no self-service coffee or tea available.

We absolutely loved this charming little hotel. It’s surrounded by beautiful mountains, which makes the whole place feel so peaceful. Our recently renovated balcony room was both stylish and cozy. The pool area is just fantastic and the panoramic sauna is such a treat! The staff is also so friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was just right.

We chose the hotel for one night to sleep while traveling through Europe. We chose the hotel deliberately to discover a new place for the future for adults and we were very surprised by this hotel. Amazing beautiful place great staff and excellent service. I would highlight the beds and duvets Absolute paradise on earth. Thank you.

Was a very cute hotel and a great place for a getaway. Amazing breakfast and service!

We were a little upset by the wellness area of the hotel, especially because this was why we booked it. As the hotel does not have any dedicated children's area, it's a little difficult to relax at the spa when the indoor pool is crowded with children playing. We also were not able to use the outside pool in December as the water wasn't warm enough to enjoy. It's a very cute hotel but don't expect peaceful relaxation in the wellness area.

Perfect place to go on vacation with your supose. It begins from an Amazing view to the super helping and welcoming staff. The room was perfect for two of us. And about the spa, i have no words to explane how wonderful was it. It was more then what we expected, the spa is four levels; panoramic sauna, two levels with arelaxing zones( one of them with a paranomic view), moreover there is an indoor swiming pool and aliittle area with more cute litttle saunas. The breakfast was on point, vert good for us and everything we needed, we didn't took dinner in advance but they offer to book dinner if you want that costs somewhere around 25 euros and it is amazing i recommend it very much (thank you Simon;)

The hotel itself was a bit old fashioned and didn't meet my expectations. However, this was all largely compensated by the sauna and wellness area. Very well done, quiet, different sauna possibilities and nice pool area. We had 2 rooms at the backside of the hotel. I think you have other rooms with pool view which are much better. If you like wellness combined with some hiking or cycling, this is certainly a nice place.
