The staff was so friendly... The location was calm... Close to a bus station... Love the new system of having code for rooms instead of plastic cards...

A little bit far from down town... Need to put more choices of items in the vending machine at hotel...

Perfect position for our travels. Breakfast was excellent didn’t expect such a choice and good quality items 10/10. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Everywhere was very clean.

I felt what we paid was overpriced for the type of room we had. Also where the hotel was we struggled to find somewhere for a meal without having to drive

Great location for a stop off when travelling. Was close to Paris so we caught the train to go into Paris for dinner.

No air conditioning

very clean, staff were friendly, perfect for our two dogs who were allowed to sit with us in the cafe area at night while we had food.

I expected free coffees & juice other ibis offered it.

Night porter was superb, helped me as I arrived very late. So friendly, I recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and convenient for a night's stay over. Clean and well presented. Basic but with everything necessary for a comfortable night.

The room next door appeared to have been kicked in which was a bit worrying. It perhaps should have been repaired immediately after the event to avoid anyone seeing.
