Very good hotel for a family with children. Our target was to find a room with beds for everyone of us and we found it in Zenao. Everything in one, quite large, room - three beds (2 for children and one double-size for us), a mini-kitchen, a dining table, a sofa with a TV, and also a large balcony 😊 By the way, the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a big parking area on the hotel territory and there is no problem to find a place even in the evening. Also, there is a small nice garden where you can sit under the trees. Perfect position - very close (10-15 minutes) to the centre of the city. Thank you for almost 2 weeks.

The only minus is the shower. It is in one room with a toilet and wash basin. But the shower is open and every time water was on all floor of the toilet/washing room and we had to clean it. A little glass wall can make the shower much more comfortable.

Is not good, not clear marking. I could not find how to get to my room what was on higher floor and of poor marking I had no idea where is (EtazA). I had to seek for a help and guidance what was not easy after office working hours at late time. I am not French speaker and situation was upsating. During my stay I helped to 2 more visitors not French speakers, in separate days to find the way to their floor in later time on their arrival. People have been wondering in coridors of the gruond floor. Regards, RM

Quiet, not over-luxurious but very comfortable and guest-friendly. Nice and helpful reception. They even allowed us to leave a car in their porking place after we unregistered, just to let us take a stroll & breakfast in the center of this nice city.

Coul be closer to the center, but this remark is strictly subjective, because one of us is handicapped.

It's part of a retirement home, made into a hotel. This makes it a bit weird, but none the less, the apartment was nice and comfortable. Downtown is quite close and there is a large parking on-site.

The most inconvenient part is, that the gate at the back, where the hotel is, is permanently locked, so if one wants to walk into the city, one has to take a big detour around the whole block. The bathroom is a bit too much for old/disabled people.

I asked for an appartement on thé ground Floor at thé parking side as my wife could hardly walk. Thé same request at thé Zenao Appart hôtel in Yzeure normaly was refused although it was available on thé moment of Booking.

Large, clean room with plenty of parking and a very nice park.

No soap in the kitchen and bathroom areas, no fire/smoke detector in room, breakfast not as pictured and wrapped in plastic and empty doggy wate/ poop bags in the dispensers in the park or anywhere.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and I liked having somewhere to make a cup of coffee or tea. Also, a good sized fridge. There was also a two ring hob and a microwave but I didn't use either of those. Loved the wet room and for me the entire accommodation was excellent!!. The location is close to supermarkets and also to the centre of the city...well within walking distance. Great parking area and secure, something I always look for as I am travelling on my motorcycle. All things considered, it was pretty perfect. Recommended if you are visiting Nevers.

Nothing, everything was very good for my two night stay.

Very comfy 1 room appartment, being in the same building as an old folks home was great because it was super quiet and had a park for the kids. Would 100% Come back.

It was a strange set up with the old folks home as we had rooms next to residents ? I thought they would be separated individual rooms

This is a lovely place to stay. We have stayed here often and will do so again. In fact we have booked another overnight stay at the beginning of June. The studio apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony to sit out on if weather permits. There is a reasonable amount of equipment and the facility to cook a simple meal....double hot plate and microwave, kettle and fridge. The apartments are quiet and a number look out over fields. There is a pretty wooded park adjacent...great to walk around if you have been travelling all day. The town of Moulins is about 10 minutes drive away and well worth a visit.

There is nothing to criticise and that is why we keep going back as we travel through France.
