All in all the place is clean, has a nice garden and the staff is supportive. Our room was really big and the bathroom is good as well. The only problem was when we ate at the restaurant it took a very long time for two sandwiches, of which one was so salty it wasn’t eatable. It was very hard to communicate with the waiter, therefore the order was wrong in the end, e.g. we asked if the iced coffee comes with milk, he said yes and they came with out, as we asked to get some milk on the side than he brought extremely hot milk with our iced coffee and charged us extra.

Like the property, located at a secured place, easy access to the city centre. Staff was really nice and helpful. They have a nice garden to spend your lazy day. The double bed room was big and spacious, with strong WiFi.

The mattress were not confortable and neither the blanket, the shower pressure was very low. There is no air conditioner, as it is mentioned d in the website, they do provide with you a table fan, which works well.

Located in a nice, clean, peaceful residential neighborhood, a little bit removed from the dumpy, congested city center. Loved seeing some local wildlife in the property's trees. The staff was friendly and helped arrange a ride to the Igongo Cultural Museum.

The restaurant staff was very friendly, but prices were a bit high and the service was slow, and the menu was a bit limited.

First i got disappointed with the person handling the online booking, i did my reservation online 4months back so when i flew in n went to the hotel, the room i had booked n what i was given it was totally different, so please the management should look into it n get it solved

The staff is amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and made my stay absolutely perfect! I was able to do my laundry and used the hotel clothes line to dry. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful. There is also a lovely garden to sit and relax.

Nothing! Although it might appear that the hotel is outside of town, it is actually an easy walk into the center on Mbarara. Being just a bit out of the middle of town means the hotel is very quiet!

Quiet and comfortable yet near the town. Really good staff team and simple but satisfying breakfast. Enjoyed my short stay and would definitely recommend and return again.

Google maps confused me finding the hotel. If you are coming for the 1st time use the town centre route. Maps will send you on the bypass. Not the hotels fault but worth noting.

I arrived later than the check-in time, about 1:30 am. The location is quite close to the city centre. I arrived with the Boda Boda (if you are in Uganda,, you pretty much know what this is ),, and the route was safe, the boda guy stayed to make sure that I was attended to and the security guard was instant and very helpful. The staff and team on the group were very helpful and oh My the breakfast compared to the cost is really a great treat. I am vegan and had great options.

The water heater switch is outside the room. A fact I didn't know was possible. Perhaps for the next guest, let them know especially since i needed a shower after midnight check in :)

Offered delicious omelet instead of meat banana based breakfast.

I wished they had real brewed coffee instead of nescafe.....but that's my only complaint. wish they had real butter not margarine. I;ve been boycotting Nestles for years and that's what they had....doo bad....

I liked the friendly staff and good quality food. The room was clean, comfortable and the location of the hotel was easy to find and quite close to the town centre.
