The whole hotel seems clean and tidy Bed was very comfortable and the room air conditioning coped with the current heatwave. The bathroom was compact but spotless and was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was decent for the money with an okay selection that was constantly refilled. Every member of staff was pleasant and welcoming and all seemed to have a basic understanding of English. Location is also excellent as it is just off the main road and the car park is completely secured by a sturdy gate.

Being picky the water pressure could be a bit stronger. The rooms are no frills but clean and perfect for an overnight stop.

We always stay here en route to our French house as it is reliably spotless and very comfortable. We're making a special point of giving a glowing review this time as my wife unwittingly left her (favourite) silk dressing gown behind and the lady cleaning our room (luckily straight after we vacated it) found it and ran from the 2nd floor all the way to the car park to return it to her. Now THAT is excellent service and we're enormously grateful. This was around 11am on morning of Monday 7 April 2025 and our room was 221 so I do hope the member of staff concerned is duly thanked and appreciated by the Management!

Handy modern hotel very close to the A13 south of Rouen with a good choice of restaurants round the corner. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly gentleman on reception. The bedroom, certainly not the most roomy we have stayed in, although compact was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with 2 pillows each, one memory foam, (which was very comfortable too). The shower room was also very compact but very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great continental breakfast, more choice than other hotels we have stayed in.

The room was smaller than most we have stayed in.

Excellent check in desk staff. We drove to the wrong sister hotel, called the hotel number on the booking, and the person at check in as so very helpful at finding our reservation immediately and directing us to the correct hotel branch. It was late at night and so reassuring to get such excellent service. He was super helpful in person too. Hotel has a great shower and comfortable bed. Secure car park was also much appreciated.

Thin walls between hotel rooms. Person next door was shifting furniture and it kept waking us up, so didn't get a very good sleep.

Good location for us, just off the motorway with lots of good eating options very close, also like the safe parking and chargers for EV on site and variety of fast charging very close. comfy rooms with good air con, good selection for breakfast and comfortable public areas

Convenient Hotel for a stop-over. Clean and modern. Good bar and seating area. Had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Comfy bed.

The standard twin room was small for two big bikers with luggage, helmets, clothing etc. There was only one person on reception who was also covering the bar, making service very slow. He really did his best, though.

So much I could say about this hotel! When we arrived, Booking.com hadn’t relayed the message to us that the hotel couldn’t accommodate us due to the fault of Booking.com. The manager on the front desk told us they didn’t have the room we needed but we could have an adjoining room for an extra cost. He then waived the extra cost for us because it wasn’t our fault! We were quite frazzled after a day of travel and a ferry crossing and he took the time to make sure we were ok and it showed that he actually cared! The rooms were clean, bright, spacious and well laid out. There was an assortment of tea and coffee available in the rooms and the bathrooms were lovely too with toiletries to use.

Absolutely nothing apart from the booking mess up that was completely out of their control.

Good for charging our electric car overnight and for our dog. Beds very comfy.

I found the room a little cramped for 4 + pet, but good enough anyway and mattress quality made up for it. Electric charger at the property was a little expensive for a 22kw charger, but other options were available (Ionity right next door and read something about a free Burger king charger, but didn't see it) around shopping area.

Every thing I want in an overnight stop. Seriously, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Namely, just off the motorway, with several good eating options walking distance so don't have to get in the car again. Clean, modern, comfortable, bar, dog friendly, good breakfast, good air-con AND a kettle in the room! Secure parking, friendly staff. Really good!

Good Rooms and facilities, close to a number of restaurants and other hotels in a small area. good secure parking and close enough to the motorway but far enough not to hear it. Good spot for an EV, chargers on site, Ionity next door and Tesla chargers about 400m away

Bar closes early about 10.30- at least it did the night we were there
