Very nice location, central and short walks to city and beaches. Good spacious rooms, practical and with safe and aircon. Bathrobe and slippers available. Relaxing grownup atmosphere and nice outdoor/indoor spa and indoor pool for swimming. Kind service in reception, attendance in the pool.

Rather expensive, rooms and lunch/bar restaurant. We only had lunch and it looked good but did not taste so much, room for improvement. Given the price, this is an old fashion spa hotel, which is fine in itself though. Could need some decoration and upgrade in some of the public spaces.

For us, there are two key likes:- We stayed at the hotel for ten days so had decided on the larger room (suit) which was very necessary for that length of stay The hotel is within an easy walk of the beach and the town centre - so a very convenient location

A few things we didn't like:- - Cleaning and replenishment of the room was very patchy - not good enough for a 4* hotel - On our first evening we decided to try the restaurant; they tried to resist us having an early booking (1900h) until we said Ok we will eat in town - not very welcoming. When we did get to choose our meal there were a number of dishes we would have had that were not available - poor for a 4* hotel. We didn't use the restaurant again. - There is a small fridge in the room - it is too small to be useful.

This was an amazing resort spa hotel in the beautiful city of Carnac. Everyone there was amazing and the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. It is close by the beach, local restaurants, and the famous Carnac stones. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast perfect. My my wife loves spas and I wanted to see the stones so we both were happy. We got the room with a view overlooking the lake behind the property, and it was beautiful. Every night we watched the sunset and there was a variety of birds including swans inhabiting this peaceful area. There was a nice path that led to the island behind the hotel. The room was a perfect size, clean, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Location is gorgeous, the room lovely and a generous size. The bathroom was very good. Parts of the spa were excellent.

Paper cups in the bedroom. In a 4* hotel this is poor quality. Some parts of the spa and some aspects of the treatments were disappointing. Some of the treatments lacked care. Some staff could have been more friendly.

Very small rooms, but to a good standard, however the hotel building and facilities are really dated, refurbishment needed, also not energy efficient in the rooms,not very green

Excellente Thalassotherapy program. All the staff so kind and explain all details. Food marvelous, so simple and so tasty. Good location of hotel, just a step from the beach. But also very good position to explore places around.

The room was extremely well designed & the layout quite clever,for example a door can be closed to isolate bathroom & toilet From the bedroom. Fridge, kettle ,coffee machine, table & chairs etc. One of the best rooms for amenities I've seen. Also had a great view of the lakes & free parking. Free access to Spa incredible Amount of water jets/jacuzzis etc.

View of the salt ponds from a high floor was mesmerizing anytime of day. Bathroom was well lit with a good shower. Two comfy chairs for reading, coffee and tea making in the room.

The outdoor area of the spa pool needs a little maintenance.

I mistakenly left my device behind & only realised after I had returned to the uk. They are now in the process of posting it to me without cost!

loved Carnac and it was very close to the sea and town. plenty of restaurants and bars

The room was compact which was a challenge for us as we had a lot of luggage because we are travelling around France. However I did realise beforehand so it wasn’t a surprise.
