Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. I slept in the rooms "across the street" (the older part of the hotel). Although they do not have an impressive modern design, the rooms there are nice and convenient.

Unfortunately, the older part of the hotel (across the street) is an older building. Windows are equipped with these old-fashioned outside shutters. This also means that noise from the street enters the room as if the room were open, and the street is quite busy in the morning. Got woken up early in the morning because of the noise and couldn't fall asleep anymore.

Hotel, still in finalisation stages of completion. However the pieces being completed did not impede on our stay there. Lovely and modern with a dark wooden look to everything. Which suited me quite well. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We dined at the Hotel Restaurant which is linked with their own Butcher. Rooms were beautiful and new and the shower was very nice.

The only issue I could say would be in the room itself. The Bed was slightly too firm for me (with a bad back) however this is by no means a bad bed. Also a shame that the TV although the remote shows options for Netflix, Youtube and other streaming services, the Tv is in a Hotel mode and not connected to the network so these services aren't available. Device mirroring is an option however only for Android users as no Airplay is built into the tv screens. Again not an huge issue but perhaps just enabling the tv to access the network would help in this regard.

The breakfast was very good. nice variety in choice and nice products. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Facilities were good overall, totally recommend the spa. only minor point is that the room was across the street from the main building.

Excellent breakfast with easy to order supplement like apple juice or nice omelette. Clean and spacious room for breakfast. Nice start of the day.

The room in the second building are a bit outdated and should be renovated. Depending of other guests, the shower can become cold on heavy morning.

Great location near train station. Employees were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Limited free parking, but a pay lot was nearby and could use an app for the meters.

We stayed in this hotel with the main purpose of traveling to Nuremberg for the day. It was a great location for this. The parking was relatively easy and breakfast was delicious - there was a continental selection and you ordered eggs/meat from the waitress. The room was across the street from the breakfast location. The room was large, with all the options needed.

The bed was 2 singles combined, with a large space between. we were able to stuff a blanket in the space so our daughter could sleep with us (they did not have a cot available)
