Breakfast was a good traditional italian spread. The service was wonderful and attentive. My baby was able to eat with us comfortably at the tables in both the breakfast dining area and the restaurant downstairs. The elevator, halls and room were spaceous for our small family. The staff was pleasant, spoke very fluent English, and volunteered themselves to help us at every turn. I would highly recommend them to friends. Our baby's provided crib was also comfortable and safe, fitting into the room easily.

The bed was a little stiff. Two twins pushed together. Maybe scrambled eggs for breakfast instead of hard boiled ones? I'm very much nit picking. This place is great. Highly recommend.

Staying at hotels when travelling with a large family (5 children under 11) can be tricky, but Hotel Europa Residence is perfectly equipped, with a two bedroom, three bathroom apartment (plus sofa bed in the reception area) on the top floor with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a lift. We arrived late at night and the staff were SO kind and accommodating, the apartment was immaculate, warm and perfect for us. Breakfast is delicious and the staff continued to go above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. I can’t recommend the pretty town and perfect hotel highly enough!

Superb location in the center of Asiago. Hotel owners and staff are fully committed to ensuring a quality guest experience. The team is attentive, efficient, and friendly. Be sure to enjoy a coffee or drink in the bar. Outdoor seating as well. The property is super clean throughout. Europa has three restaurants (one one of which doubles as the breakfast room) serving high quality food. Extensive wine list with top notch selections. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Unfortunately during our stay there is renovation works which hides the beauty of the building and and views from balconies.

Excellent breakfast, and good evening meal on a couple of evenings.

Bed was too hard but staff gave me extra pillows which helped.

Very nice people in a remote country town. When they learned how important the restaurant was to us, they booked and drove us to the only other restaurant on the outskirts of town with a similar gourmet reputation.

Both restaurants were closed due to a change in chefs (main reason we chose the hotel). On weekends the town is cordoned off for pedestrian traffic. Fine, but extremely hard to get to the hotel. The surrounding area is quite beautiful, the town less so.

Hotel Europa is a very comfortable and attractive hotel located in the canter of Asiago. The furnishings are lovely and the guest only wellness center a real treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our overall experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.
