The secure grounds and landscaping were neat and tidy indicating an easy flow of settling into the room stress free. After a long drive from Perth driving into the Motel was a joy! There was ample parking directly outside the room; warm friendly, empathetic and efficient welcome at the reception desk; clean spacious rooms allowing for luggage, eskies etc., comfortable mattress and hot water!! Overall, a good understanding of the holidaying road travellers' needs!

For a spacious dining area, the restaurant (ordering) counter design was cramped and small. There was a lack of room on the counter for menus to be displayed and easily accessible.

This is my go-to place to stay in Carnarvon. Easily accessed, very secure and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. I can't fault the service, the reception staff either stay late to let me into the property, or send detailed instructions on how to access afterhours key box. I can't fault this place, Carnarvon doesn't have the best reputation crime-wise, and I've never felt unsafe, or that my car was going to be broken into in the night due to the fenced perimeter, and electric gate with fob access.

Nothing.

The motel is very large and spread out giving everyone space. The room itself was really large and felt very spacious. Mostly modern look and feel besides the bathroom. The freezer in the refridge actually works unlike so many other motels.

I appreciate that wooden disposable spoons provide a good option and less cleaning but a knife and fork should also be provided. It's hard to eat a take away meal with a spoon. While I do love a retro bathroom, the sink in my room has been scubbed and scratched so much I can only imagine the amount of yuck that is embedded in there.

We are repeat customers, and choose to stay at the Carnarvon Motel every time we're calling through Carnarvon. A very secure premises with gated carpark and electronic keys to the rooms, we love this as always have a car and trailer full of things as we're usually on a roadtrip. The room was a large family room, extremely clean and fresh. The pool was also sparkling clean, and the kids had a fantastic time using the waterslide and playground. Our meal in the restaurant was great, the buffet was refreshed and constantly topped up, and the waitstaff were attentive.

I can't fault the Carnarvon Motel, it is the cleanest place I've ever stayed, and that includes large chain hotels in Perth City. The water pressure is fantastic and the staff are accommodating.

Everything in the room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle were very handy for preparing hot drinks at night and breakfast in the morning for a quick getaway for our next long drive. This is a gated property after 8pm so we had no worries about the safety of our vehicle or its contents.

We stayed in Room 25 a few nights before and had the use of a large Smart TV. This time we were in Room 28, which sadly only had a small TV that wasn't a Smart TV, which meant we couldn't log into our PrimeVideo and continue watching our favourite show, as we had in Room 25. So, we enjoyed the Edinburgh Military Tattoo show instead, which was good. Really this was the only fault of this room, otherwise it was superb. We'll always stay here in future on our trips.

Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the room and bathroom were spacious. We love that this property is gated after 8pm so we weren't worried at all about the security of our vehicle. We've paid more to stay at another Carnvarvon property before and were worried all night about our vehicle and contents as itinerant people were wandering and looking into cars at night. We didn't have this problem with Carnarvon Motel, so we could relax and sleep well. Loved that our room had a large Smart TV so we could log into our PrimeVideo and continue watching our favourite show whilst on holidays.

Super friendly staff at check in and were very helpful in conveying information about the motel and the town. The room was a family sized room with 2 queens sized beds in there. The overall cleanliness of the room was great. Very secure complex with locked up gating around the premises and security cameras always recording, which was great, because people had caravans, boats and trailers parked up under lights at the rear of the motel, fully secured. Good location, very close to central of town (Carnarvon).

Nothing really...I would stay here again.

Bathroom was a bit out dated, although everything worked fine and was very clean and Aircon took a bit to cool down the room being a box aircon summer.

I found checking in was quick, efficient and informative. Opened the room, it was very spacious and beds were very comfortable Bar prices were very reasonable Nice n quiet area and very friendly staff Highly recommend 👌

3rd night we found the beds not made properly, very minor issue though. Not worth worrying about Not sure if there was a folder with maps and places of interest in the rooms however that would be good.

So clean and well maintained. A massive king bed to sleep in. Loved the room service (the food was absolutely delicious!) and the friendly, helpful staff were welcoming and kind. I'll be telling everybody to stay at this gem of a place!

Couldn't log on to Netflix etc on the TV (the wifi wouldn't connect)
