Good location Very close to the Archeological Park

A little on the expensive side Got given a jug and cups but nothing to make tea or coffee ??? When queried I was initially refused ? OK A short while later, a probable change of attitude brought me tea/coffee making, some fruit. This was appreciated but for the price paid I would expect tea/coffee making to be supplied without having to ask

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, very friendly, polite and always willing to help. They made our experience very enjoyable. Location wise- you can either take a taxi to the beach nearby or even walk (about 20-30mins) walk. The hotel can arrange a taxi for you. The pool is nice and food at the hotel is also very nice.

Wifi wasn’t the strongest in the bedroom we had, but worked fine in the lobby and pool area.

Very friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go out of their way to help. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very spacious. Nice breakfast spread in the morning, with staff cooking up any special requests. Room service always prompt.

Parts of the hotel/rooms could do with some maintenance and refresh.

Everything was perfect the concierge was great she upgraded my room to a suite and gave me extra bed for my nephew, so nice of her I definitely recommended

I was delighted with the upgrade to a junior suite . The staff at the reception and restaurant area were exceptionally helpful and efficient .

the amazing treatment of everyone there, from Abo Ali, Naim, Alaa, Nadir, Fatima, Rim, Tarek, everyone was amazing and it was a family friendly environment, and very helpful and generous, whenever we ask for anything they make sure that it is available even if they have to go out and get it for you the food was amazing you feel like it is a home cooked food

The very spacious room that exceeded my expectations.

The wifi kept disconnecting and when it connects it was very slow, there was no water or tea or coffee in the room, for the price paid there should have been at least water.
