Nikola the host is lovely, so welcoming and helpful. The property location is fantastic (Just make sure you know about the elevators down to the lifts and town centre). Modernised rooms, nice Austrian breakfast, good views and SPA. It’s a well equipped Garni hotel, nice room, Spa area, breakfast and smiley staff, then you’re out for all your other meals and drinks. We had a great time and thank you!

A kettle in the room for tea/soups would be great.

Exceptional location (just 50 meters to the lift), great facilities, everything is almost new, sauna park is fabulous, very kind staff, comfortable bed, showers, room cleanliness, nice breakfast. There's even a TV with webcams and weather forecast for Ischgl - small detail, but really stands out. TVs in rooms are otherwise useless.

The room is not actually for 4 people - living room area with kitchen had a terrible bed which we felt bad about having our children sleep on.

Fantastic location, minutes walk from Fimba gondola, just as close of a walk to the center of town. Beatify views of ski slopes and valley from windows and balcony. Awesome bathroom and shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Lockers on site to store equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for anyone seeking hassle free skiing in beautiful Ischgl.

No room service per say during our 7 day stay. Towels were changed and trash was emptied once during our stay. No other room service, such as making beds, vacuuming, straightening up, etc.. Similar to youth hostel stays.

A warm welcome goes a long way to make you feel at home away from home. The older female receptionist was very nice. The hotel is new, and everything appeared clean and in good condition. The breakfast had a decent selection of choices with good coffee. The walk to the Firma lift or city center was super short. And cause everything was new it was super clean.

Beautiful design to the hotel, but i'd recommend more protection for the walls because everyone is carrying ski equipment. Specifically corner guards on all the corners will help keep the hotel looking great for years to come.

location was amazing. the staff were incredible and super friendly and helpful. the spar was also very nice. it was also very quiet and away from the madness of the main strip but close enough to walk in 3-4min.

The owner I am assuming / front desk lady was so nice, she had our room cleaned and ready for us on our early arrival so we could get a full day of skiing in on the day we arrived. The parking was right beside the hotel and free. the rooms were overly large with perfect views over ischgl, comfortable and clean with balcony as well. easy walk to anything you’d want to see and do in ischgl and perfect for hitting the ski lift or renting gear. the breakfast was exceptional with all you could ask for to fuel yourself for the slopes or day. the ski room was a plus also to store your gear and warm your boots for the next day. the sky spa was clean and comforting after a long day on the slopes. love this hotel and staff and would most definitely stay again! thanks for making our trip to ischgl so perfect!

everything was perfect

Everything was super okay. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. We also had a nice view of Ischgl and the slope that arrives near Schatzi bar.

The breakfast was dull, everyday the same thing for 7 days straight. And they had these cherry tomatoes with a fork next to them and it was impossible to pick them up :). Maybe next time put a spoon :)
