Great location, beautiful grounds, lovely breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff, balcony with garden view and neighborhood over walls

Slight sewer smell from open drain in bathroom that was filled to floor level with water that overflowed a bit. I saw this note in previous comments before booking, and although it was stated by staff they were waiting for someone to come and fix it, it is simply a common problem in some hotels because of the open drain/sewer system venting. Should at least keep a strong air fresheners in the bathroom and just outside the bathroom in the room to mitigate the unpleasant odor. (We had gotten one for another hotel we were staying in longer term that definitely made it more tolerable.)

Nice location in Lampang, very close to the famous temple. We stayed here for Loy Krathong. The room was spacious with a nice view on the garden. The garden around the hotel was very nice and gave us a resort feeling. Breakfast was nice, where you could choose what you wanted beforehand. The staff from the hotel helped us with arranging activities and transport. Would definitely come here again when we go to Lampang.

The bathroom was not really clean with some mold in the shower. Also, the water smelled but I'm not sure the hotel can do something about this. We spoke to another couple from the hotel and they didn't have any problems with the bathroom. Might just have been this specific room.

- The service staff is excellent. - The breakfast is good and reasonably priced. They also offer tea, coffee, and toast as part of the breakfast. - Although the resort area is relatively small, the atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are decorated in a cozy local style and are clean, making them comfortable and ideal for relaxation. There's also a coffee shop on the premises. - Visiting on weekends is recommended, as there is a nearby walking street market (Kong Ta) that runs from evening until late at night.

- The air conditioner doesn't cool effectively, even at the lowest temperature. It could be due to the heat during the day, as it cools down better at night. - The water pressure is consistent, even during times with few users. - The room lighting is quite dim, which is great for relaxing but not ideal for working. - The parking area is quite small, partly because there's a coffee shop within the resort.

Loved the location, very central yet quiet. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed and sheets were comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the garden. There is a small night market right in front of the hotel on Friday evening, which was lovely. Free coffee / tea, toast and bananas in the morning, even though we didn't book breakfast. Thank you!

The rain shower needed cleaning as most of it was blocked. Not a big deal.

I liked theocation, not too busy but close to town. The place is good value for money. The new coffee shop is a good addition. The bicycles that are available for free a great to go around during the day.

The AC is too close to the bed. Rather than only cooling the room it blew cold air over the bed and I woke up with a stiff neck.

This is probably the best resort you can find in Lampang. Of course, it's not a 5-star brand hotel or a resort so you can't expect what you've experienced in big cities. But, if you travel a lot, you will immediately know that you can't find anything better than this place.

Everything is great.

A very quiet area of Lampang. Only a short stroll to the main area of the city. Room was great for the price. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was enough to start the day.

Bed was a little on the firm side. Pillows were very bulky.

Free bikes were very useful and essential for this town. Pleasant and welcoming staff. Nice green surrounds in a peaceful location.

Borderline value for money. Breakfast was just OK. Very little around the property (though this is a positive too).

Ever so slightly away from the town centre but an easy walk and in a very calm and peaceful neighbourhood.

Staff was wonderful. Beautiful landscaping. Free bikes which enabled exploration of nearby sites. My only objection was a bleak breakfast and no food/drink on site, requiring a bit of a walk.
