I had a comfortable stay at Novotel Gaziantep. The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to Forum Gaziantep and also within walking distance to local markets and shopping areas. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. The only downside was that the price was a bit high compared to the overall value, especially the breakfast cost, which I found slightly overpriced. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for comfort and a convenient location.

The hotel has a very central position. Staff is great, available and attentive. Breakfast is very delicious! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is provided. The service of this hotel resembles many 5 stars hotels we have been in, we had a fantastic stay for 5 nights.

The only problem we found is that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The room was delivered to us in a very clean state, however the maid just made the bed and put the towels in their place every day, without cleaning the floor, changing the minibar, or adding water.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young lady cleaning our room (6th floor). Breakfast was great and the pool area was brilliant. The hotel is perfectly located, within easy walking distance of the Zeugma Museum, the Castle and the old town - we would definitely book again.

Only 1 pedestrian entrance via the Novotel & Ibis main car entrance requiring long walk around 2 sides of the entire perimeter of the complex to exit to the other street. 2nd gate locked.

A let’s say good offer. Not the best standard of a Novotel, but it is ok for Gaziantep.

Receptionist are kind of ok, but waiters are lousy and not eager to be polite, always suspicious. It is stupid to eat there, because Novotel restaurant splits the same stuff with Ibis hotel restaurant which is annoying and time costing.

I mostly like is, friendly stuff, clean and comfy hotel, amazing location, nice food ☺️mustafa (bellboy) was very very helpful and friendly stuff and Sibel (cleaning lady) was a very nice lady she was there anytime we need it anything , Novotel is my one of favourite hotel.

My first night started with bad experience but after all were good.

The property has a great location, parking garage and is very clean. There is free water everyday and the staff is very friendly and helpful even if they do not understand English.

The fridge in the room is a joke, it doesn’t cool at all. We asked for a technician several times but all we got is an explanation that it can not be changed. Also the laundry service was quite expensive and the Internet wasn’t working (ok for WhatsApp texts but during a one week stay not once was I able to do a phone call via WhatsApp or Skype). Some very nice technicians tried to make the Internet cable in the room work but no luck. I had to buy a SIM card.

Its close to everything, forum next to it. the breakfast was good with varieties

The bedroom's bathroom floor was not clean at all. At arrival, we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to welcome us and check us in. The service at breakfast was not very good.

Renovated and nice looking area , very well located

The fact that i had a reservation number and reception did not use it to register or get the info from it . We had to fill in papers & put passport numbers again..waste of time for all.

Clean, comfortable and good facilities including a big carpark right next to the IBIS hotel. The hotel is almost attached to a very fancy indoor shopping centre called the Forum. A short leisurely walk of approx 7 mins takes you by the old city of Gaziantep by the castle with all hustle bustle and many restaurants. We used the hotels laundry service which was reasonable. Great breakfast at hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
