Breakfast great.The breakfast staff are very professional, they are a real brigade and their manager is very responsive. Room is clean, bed confortable.

Air conditionning is working very badly, whatever the setting of temperature the room stays hot. The hotel would have been a very good hotel in 80's. But today he looks old inside but he is clean.

This was the best of all the hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. Excellent location, great valet parking, wonderful staff, lovely room. The aircon seemed to fail in the middle of the afternoon, but otherwise it was just a terrific experience, and we would certainly come back. Highly, highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Respectful staff, if you don’t speak Turkish there a lady Receptionist, her name is Suzan, she speaks English and she is Kind and so helpful to guide you about the area.

The price is high for Gaziantep.

No covers for the bed..Room was very hot but only a small sheet was not so comfortable we discovered during the night. We should have asked the staff. I am sure they would help us

Clean and quiet Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Ms. Maryem who took care of all our requests and she was our main contact person since she speaks Arabic. Thanks also for the concierge people who helped us for the luggage and the car parking everyday.

The rooms have central AC and it is working, but it was not very powerful as we expected in this time of the year.

The location is very good, also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We wanted to use the spa but due to the ramazan month it was closed which i thought didnt make sense

Staff were extremely helpful and saw to our comfort. The breakfast varieties were really fresh and enjoyable. Restaurant staff were really nice.

Excellent location and the hotel facilities

Difficult to communicate with the hotel staff as they don't know any other language rather than Turkish language. Outdoor smoke which can be smelled in the room even when windows are closed. Also the street noises as they are using single glazed glass.

The hotel location was in the middle not very far from old town , the cleanliness was perfect

The breakfast items need to be improved, they can provide menemen on request even though if it will be charged that would be better, room temperature needs to be adjusted it was too hot

it was clean and warm maybe too warm 😅 the guy Fevzi from the spa is very polite, positive and funny.

the staff doesn’t know english they say they know but when you start explaining something they don’t understand. breakfast not included in the price but other than that it was great
