Amazing location, views to die for! Staff very friendly, but due to limited English spoken, communication was difficult. As I was there in order to visit KK Nat Park for birding, the early restaurant closure was a slight concern, but worked out after day one. For the non-birder who stayed behind during the day, it was quite lonely as there were very few people around, and we appeared to be the only ones each evening.

The property had an amazing view of the lake from the pool. The hosts were very accommodating and let us order dinner and breakfast in advance. Some of the best vegetarian food we ate whilst in Thailand! Very responsive to messages.

The position of the resort overlooking the lake, great swimming pool and beautiful garden
The restaurant had a last orders at 6pm, very early! We also had very noisy neighbours. Not the hotels fault

So lazy staff expect reception. all who works in restaurants didn’t care about customer. if I’m owner I will fired all them within today. late breakfast starting at 8.00 am to 10.00 am

Breakfast was generous
They would not accept a debit card payment, insisted on mobile phone based payment which I did not have. It was lucky that my friend had the phone based funds available. If not would have had to depart, That is unprofessional!
