With it been New Year eve and New Year’s Day there was a good feel about the place. And free entertainment on New Year’s Eve to see in the new year was good. The food we had was very good. Breakfast was good.

Would have liked to see a better range of alcohol drinks. Maybe a bigger range of cocktails. Also had to get staff attention every time you wanted to order something. And staff never came back to check how things were or to see if you wanted anything else.

Location is lovely with lots of trees birds and beside the rocer. You need a car to base yourself here

The half day tour of orang krachan natire park organised through the hotel was extremely disappointing and overpriced. The hotel explained that the price was set by the national park if you doing it check that the guide speaks your language otherwise don’t bother

Nana resort is full of charm & a great base from which to visit Kaeng Krachan National Park. The grounds are beautiful & an eclectic mix of water features and ornamental stone features, making it full of character, quite unique & very relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious & very comfortable. The restaurant does good food & is in a great spot to enjoy a drink. The breakfast is in a good & staff are very friendly.

A quiet basis for day tours into Kaeng Krachan National Park, ideal for families with children. Nice pools, good service and perfect authentic food. Fix your private driver up front as this hotel is quite remote, but has everything on board for a couple of relaxed days. Popular with Thai over the weekends, which adds to the typical local vibe. Expect Thai hospitality!

The hotel is quite isolated, which we knew up front. So fix your private driver and a tour into the park up front. But they keep good care of you at this hotel.

We have stayed at the resort before. This time we had a room with a spa-bath. The room is big, nice veranda. Parking very close to the room. The AC was great. The bed is very very comfortable. The grounds of the resort are just fantastic, situated right beside the river, with an evening restaurant, a coffee shop. The breakfast was not buffet, but was very very good. A wonderful resort!

Quiet location with comfortable spacious rooms and a nice cafe resp. restaurant directly at the river. Staff super friendly. Great escape from the hectic of the city.

It's perfect for staycation as the amenities and the facilities were quite sufficient. There were 2 swimming pools, there's a river, a cafe, a restaurant, and many more. You didn't have to go anywhere for whatever you need. The staff were kind and always checks on you. They also have English-speaking staff that you can call whenever you have any problems.😊

It's not a big thing, but it could be better that there was at least a way wherein a small part of the river could be swam at. The river was beautiful and it's a pity that we can't really have a better area to swim. It could be a big plus for the resort if a small area can be set up to be at least swimmable without a life guard on duty. 😊

The area around the restaurant is perfect for relaxing on a hot day nearby the river and the resort is beautifully designed with lots of flowers, plants, ponds and two swimming pools. The staff helped with all our special requests like, for example, a vegetarian breakfast that was created just for us or the organisation of our visit to Kaeng Krachan national park. Everyone was very friendly.

This is a beautiful place. Our room was stylish and lovely. There are wild hornbills and loads of butterflies. The gardens are wonderful and the river eating areas are beautiful. The pool at the bottom was fun with a nice view and an awesome waterslide.

The breakfast had lots of fake food (devon and frankfurters) - it would have been better with more fruit or maybe some moo-ping - they need to cook the tops of the eggs too. Man with the loud petrol engine leaf blower missed the moment at 8am - destroyed the peace and chased off the birds - maybe do this around 11AM when guests are changing over.

Nice resort, conveniently located just a few km from the Kaeng Krachan township. Our room was large, clean and with everything working. Staff at check-in plus the porter/ in-resort transport staff were all very helpful. Breakfast in the main restaurant was certainly adequate.

We went to the on-resort riverside Cafe for dinner which was a mistake. With the beautiful location beside one of the resort pools and the lovely river, it looked ideal. But it seems that all the food must come from the main restaurant kitchen elsewhere in the resort. Even getting drinks as simple as soda water took over 20 minutes and required us to physically walk to the bar of the Cafe to follow up - twice! The food when it did finally arrive was tasty enough though not piping hot. A very disappointing dining experience.
