The room was nice, big and airy. It was very clean and the views of the river were lovely. The pool was great and we mostly had it to ourselves. The first day there were two families with children and they took up most of the pool with all the toys that are provided - one night they were doing karaoke under our room. Luckily the hotel has a 9 pm quiet rule, but it still meant we couldn't sit outside enjoying a drink on the balcony that evening. The people are great, but the hotel is lacking a few nice touches - for example, no information in the room about breakfast or anything else, so we don't know you have to ask for your room to be cleaned/new towels, otherwise they just leave it (we were there 4 nights).

It is a new hotel and even though there were some things that they could improve for us it was wonderful. The food was great, especially lunch and dinner. Staff was always very helpful and accommodating. Even when we asked for things they do not offer yet, they did everything they could to help us arrange it. Like a trip to the national park which was awesome!! The room was amazing, great atmosphere, extremely clean, comfortable bed, wonderful view. In general the hotel is decorated with so much good taste, the grounds are well taken care of and it just has a super relaxing and homey vibe.

Since they just started there could be some things to improve in the future to keep it a 10/10 but nothing major it was still a great experience: -Communication on booking.com was not good (I never received an answer to a request beforehand) -for the price breakfast could have another option like pancakes -umbrella for the pool, since there are moments during the day when there is no shade -better cleaning of the pool (it wasn’t dirty but for the price it could’ve been cleaner on the bottom) Good luck with everything. We totally recommend staying here and go to the National Park :)

This resort is amazing, we had an incredibly relaxing and peaceful time. We picked it because of the location to the National park. The staff were superb. They were attentive and saw to our every request. The room was enormous and so beautifully presented. The views from everywhere are phenomenal. We ate from the restaurant for dinner both nights and it was outstanding. We left at 6am for a wildlife tour on one morning and the staff prepared a wonderful breakfast box. The staff and the facilities cannot be faulted.
