Great staff, all good people, there was no one who was rude or did not help. There is a bar that works 24/7, which is very convenient. The location is beautiful, in the pine trees between Marmaris and Icmeler, away from the hustle and bustle of the city beaches. The internet is quite good, although it sometimes drops for a couple of minutes during the day, but it works 90% of the time. The pool is nice, and there are water slides for children. We were upgraded from a bungalow to a standard room with a sea view for free, for which we would like to express our gratitude to the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to both Icmeler and Marmaris. It is also convenient that there is a beach bar, so you don't have to go far to order drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The rooms are quite old, and the hotel could use a complete renovation. I also didn't like that I couldn't adjust the air conditioning, as I sometimes wanted to make the air cooler, but I couldn't. Although there was a wide selection of food, I would have preferred higher-quality dishes. The a la carte restaurant was a complete disappointment, with bland and unappealing food. Well, there's a problem with the sunbeds, as people use them for the whole day with their towels, making it difficult to find something (but this is a problem with the people, not the hotel). However, it's possible to come up with a solution to break this system.

We absolutely love Labranda Mares. This is our second visit to the same hotel and it did not disappoint. The views are stunning, the location is excellent and the hotel is lovely. We genuinely wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else and can’t wait to return - (we had been counting down the days for this holiday since our last visit). We also absolutely love the cat hotel - it’s great to see the hotel looking after local animals and keeping nearby cat populations thriving! A special shout out to the reps who are poolside and work so hard all day to keep us all entertained - we loved the darts competitions, water polo and entertainment. Oktay, Ethem and Eros made us feel so welcome and included from the first day that we arrived at the resort. They were excellent representations for the hotel - and go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for your guests. 10/10 - Very impressed! The best hotel entertainment team that we have experienced in a long time. Thank you - we hope to see you again!

Overall, we loved our stay and we will be returning. A little constructive criticism - the breakfast leaves room to be desired. It would be great to get proper Heinz beans and have more options to supply a full English breakfast - like the local bars that offer this. Secondly - There is a lot of food wastage. We noticed that leftovers are scraped in to the bin (sometimes full plates of untouched food) at the all inclusive lunch and dinners. Is there a way to work with local animal charities to re-purpose the leftovers and help provide food for strays? Turkey has a bad reputation for animal welfare and in particular street dogs (which will no doubt impact tourism to Turkey) - it would be amazing to see Labranda take a positive stand and make a real difference.

Delicious food, beer, clean pool, near the sea front, staff service (especially Mr Firat from luggage service)

There could be bedside table on both sides of double bed, remote controller for AC, there could be more selection of alcoholic drinks in all bars (not only in the lounge bar), the wine could be better quality. Thete could be free ice-creams near the pool. Lighting in corridors was low (half not working).

Hotel is beautiful we opted for 2 bedroom bungalow although note there are stairs to the apartment. Stunning inside, right on beach no sand which was a bonus for us. Food was lovely and a bit of variety from day to day. Staff great and friendly. Less than £ half n bus to both marmaris and İçmeler

2 small things - towel reservations now policy at hotel states no reserving beds yet every day very hard to find a bed, beach same so please put signs up to state your towel will be removed if not used for 30mins and have someone take towels off please. Also entertainment at night was ok although there are not enough space / chairs for the guests so maybe is be an idea to open restaurant upstairs area and rearrange tables at night for more space

Beautiful Location, Friendly staff. Sea view Bungalow that was amazing, bit outdated but you only sleep in it. Food amazing, drinks 24-7 Cocktails on tap. Beautiful Beach plenty sun loungers, Live Entertainment every night then a disco

room cleaning could have been better. some days you were left drinks for the fridge other days nothing was Left.

Best holiday ever and overall it was amazing. Good quality room (although a stretch to call it a bungalow), great pools and seaside and enjoyed the food.

Food could have had more variation and more themes. After a week we were honestly a little tired of it. And too long queues for the best most popular foods so you ended up spending more time queuing than eating. The so called special restaurants which we attended one night was disappointing to say the least. Not good quality Chinese food and manager was rude and took offence to questions about the order and when we requested Pepsi that had not lost all the fizz. Of a place like this would have expected more than them just refilling from big bottles of soft drinks, also in daytime in the bars.

Very good facility for families, bungalows are very confortable. Kids club and entertainment were great, as well as the massage and spa. Sea is very good for swimming. Internet is good speed, pet friendly, friendly staff even though their english is not great. Great views.

It could be more comfortable with snack bars at beach and pool, and serving fruits as well, not only pizza and gozleme. Food could be more varied in fish dishes and meats. Overall food was good, tasty but not amazing. Sunbeds policy needs to be enforced, you need to wake up at 7am to catch seaside sunbed free of towel. You can book a-la-carte restaurant just once, since they are not open at the same time. They should open all and have more availability. Meyhane fish restaurant is with payment only.

I love this hotel. I have been coming here for absolute years. Fabulous location, staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. It is very clean , my bed was sp very comfortable, and I struggled to get out of it. So lovely 😍. Staff feel like family to me now. The spa was also amazing. I had lots of fantastic massage, which helped me relax and distress.. food coffee,snacks are in abundance. I especially miss the salad bar. Fabulous healthy food. I will continue to return here. The air conditioning was set to warm for April, so no choice if you wanted hot or cold air.. it is too warm for people from uk. Staff helped by giving me a fan in the room, but it would be good to have a choice of warm or cold air conditioning. It did not spoil my holiday. I still enjoyed it .please, though, let us have a choice as I suffer from migraines if the room gets stuffy. Xxx 👌. 🥰🤎🤎
