This property is in a fantastic location. It’s half way between Marmaris and Icmeler, right on the beach. It has its own beach and jetty with cabanas and sunbeds. Make sure you book a cabana in advance… they are free but can get booked up. The bar/restaurant overlooks the beach and sea and the food is amazing!!! We had the best calamari we have ever had here! The owner Alex is an ex Cruise Ship / Restaurant manager and it shows… he obviously has great chefs! The staff really made the place for us….they were so helpful and welcoming and we genuinely felt like part of the family by the time we left. The owner even sourced us some fish not on the menu to do us a special meal. Truly fabulous!

It’s not a 5 star hotel and I didn’t expect a 5 star room. The rooms are basic but with a 5* plus sea-view!! I suffer with chronic pain and the bed was too hard for me. Alex the owner tried his best… getting multiple blankets and then a mattress topper. Take your own hairdryer if you want to dry your hair quickly. And bear in mind there is no lift, so if you’re on a high floor you need to be ok with steps. Don’t get me wrong, we will be back, and I expect that to be multiple times!!!

The attention of the staff, the food was good, staff very friendly, it was an issue in the room which was dealt within 2 days. Everyday fresh towel and room got cleaned.

No lift, very steep stairs, so it made challenging to bring the luggage upstairs. Cigarettes smoke and noise goes through the doors due not enough insulation. People should be more considered when going through the staircase during late hours as they conversations are heard. Stone beach.

The view was beautiful, the bedroom looked lovely, and breakfast was nice. Plenty of towels to use

The bathroom light didn't work, the shower leaked at the bottom so the floor flooded in the bathroom. The bedroom door didn't lock from the outside so it was unlocked for the entirety when I left the room. There was a kettle but nothing to use with it. The fridge was well past its sell by date. No soundproofing so I could hear the conversation of the people next door. I know it was out of season (just) but I'd have thought you would still want to make it a good experience for everyone 🤷‍♀️ no matter what time of year it is

The view from the room. Right outside the beach. Couldn't sit on the beach due to the weather but it was lovely to see the mountains and beach every morning from my bed as I had a sea view with big windows.

The walls are thin so you can hear everyone and they can hear you. There wasn't a hood variety of breakfast just a standard sane old premade breakfast everyday on repeat. Staff did not speak good ienglish so communication throughout my stay wasn't good.
