We absolutely love Labranda Mares. This is our second visit to the same hotel and it did not disappoint. The views are stunning, the location is excellent and the hotel is lovely. We genuinely wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else and can’t wait to return - (we had been counting down the days for this holiday since our last visit). We also absolutely love the cat hotel - it’s great to see the hotel looking after local animals and keeping nearby cat populations thriving! A special shout out to the reps who are poolside and work so hard all day to keep us all entertained - we loved the darts competitions, water polo and entertainment. Oktay, Ethem and Eros made us feel so welcome and included from the first day that we arrived at the resort. They were excellent representations for the hotel - and go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for your guests. 10/10 - Very impressed! The best hotel entertainment team that we have experienced in a long time. Thank you - we hope to see you again!

Overall, we loved our stay and we will be returning. A little constructive criticism - the breakfast leaves room to be desired. It would be great to get proper Heinz beans and have more options to supply a full English breakfast - like the local bars that offer this. Secondly - There is a lot of food wastage. We noticed that leftovers are scraped in to the bin (sometimes full plates of untouched food) at the all inclusive lunch and dinners. Is there a way to work with local animal charities to re-purpose the leftovers and help provide food for strays? Turkey has a bad reputation for animal welfare and in particular street dogs (which will no doubt impact tourism to Turkey) - it would be amazing to see Labranda take a positive stand and make a real difference.

Delicious food, beer, clean pool, near the sea front, staff service (especially Mr Firat from luggage service)

There could be bedside table on both sides of double bed, remote controller for AC, there could be more selection of alcoholic drinks in all bars (not only in the lounge bar), the wine could be better quality. Thete could be free ice-creams near the pool. Lighting in corridors was low (half not working).

Beautiful Location, Friendly staff. Sea view Bungalow that was amazing, bit outdated but you only sleep in it. Food amazing, drinks 24-7 Cocktails on tap. Beautiful Beach plenty sun loungers, Live Entertainment every night then a disco

room cleaning could have been better. some days you were left drinks for the fridge other days nothing was Left.

Great location with amazing staff! Food was great but could do with a bit of seasoning and variety! Overall, we had an amazing stay!

The beds were not comfortable! The fan in the room was quite noisy (it might have been just my room)

Super friendly staff. Breakfast was always amazing. Room was lovely and big.

Exterior of hotel and interior of some of the rooms could do with a new coat of paint. Some plugs didnt work in my room but it was fine.

food wasn’t that good, it’s not all inclusive as you have to pay for certain drinks at certain bars the ice cream bar at the pool is not free and it’s expensive the beds are hard

I love this hotel. I have been coming here for absolute years. Fabulous location, staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. It is very clean , my bed was sp very comfortable, and I struggled to get out of it. So lovely 😍. Staff feel like family to me now. The spa was also amazing. I had lots of fantastic massage, which helped me relax and distress.. food coffee,snacks are in abundance. I especially miss the salad bar. Fabulous healthy food. I will continue to return here. The air conditioning was set to warm for April, so no choice if you wanted hot or cold air.. it is too warm for people from uk. Staff helped by giving me a fan in the room, but it would be good to have a choice of warm or cold air conditioning. It did not spoil my holiday. I still enjoyed it .please, though, let us have a choice as I suffer from migraines if the room gets stuffy. Xxx 👌. 🥰🤎🤎

The location was perfect . The good walking path with the good view from the hotel .

We book the excursion from the guy who was at hotel lobby , but we were not explained properly where the pick up point will be. Therefore , I waited at hotel reception , but they left without me . The seller guy instead of offering me at least refund was very rude. So I tried to get assistance at the quest relations office towards my interest , but they said that this is not related to the hotel . I believe if the excursions advertised and sold at the hotel reception they do represent the hotel as well . Very upsetting experience !

Wonderful Location… Attentive, professional and Friendly Staff.. Good Selection of Food.. Clean, Spacious and well Maintained Hotel.. Special Mention to Reception Team, Emre in Catering and Nemren( Maid), and all staff whom clearly work extremely hard all day with aim to ensure all visitors expectations are met. Thank You!

An extremely please stay on the whole.. Rude, snobby Guests whom find difficulty acknowledging hard working staff with a greeting, smile, kind gesture and complete lack of appreciation. A little more appreciation and empathy please!!!! Although Spacious, Bungalows in need of a little updating.
