Location excellent. Central historic area. Minutes walk to all main sights and 15 min to train. Afternoon reception woman very friendly and welcoming. Room was ready so checked in a bit early. Much appreciated. Very hot day but house staff had pulled curtains and room stayed reasonably cool. Even without air conditioning. Very spacious well designed modern room with a pied piper motif on wall. Very clean. Very comfortable. Booked early and very good value for money. Breakfast included. Would have liked to see some fresh fruit options. Highly recommend

Very clean, spacious apartment with everything needed for a stay with kids (good kitchen).good breakfast buffet. Convenient as the building was equipped with a lift.

Though we generally enjoyed the breakfast, you could see that it was challenging for staff during typical rush hours concerning bringing more food that was gone or refilling coffee machines/milk. I would also like to see more variety on fruits ( we got just apples and pears). Also, it was difficult to clean up in the kitchen, no sponge for washing up (no dishwasher neither).

Rooms were lovely and quite big for 2 -people. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was exceptional for all areas of the town.

Daytime staff weren't very helpful but the evening staff were very good and took time to ensure we had all we needed.

The food was first class there was plenty of everything and the buffet was always stock up along with a good selection of hot and cold drinks I found everything was very good.

Everything, there wasn't anything to complain about. Just nice.

The prices are iverpriced on bottles of water. A bottle of water €6.90. Is ridiculous. Also all Hameln sells the small Ratpoision bottles in a pack for €22.50 not € 34.60

Friendly and helpful staff, parking garage across the street (€12,40 per day) and great location - just a few steps to the pedestrian zone (Osterstrasse).

More storage space for clothing.

Address given by booking.com not correct, hotel is situated on Kopmanhof Street. Coffees machine in room didn't work.

Very modern hotel in the heart of Hameln. Breakfast was a typical Continental selection of tasty meats and cheeses. The room was exceptionally clean and large with a modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful - the language barrier was not an issue.

Would like to have been advised of the building work at the hotel prior to arrival.

We had to leave!

Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. With everything we could have needed. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and couldn't get a much more central location. Staff friendly.

Asked to leave luggage after check out and paid a fee, but bag just left out beside the reception. Not behind a desk or in any way secure. Seems a bit much to pay to leave baggage in a place so easily seen/accessed by anyone.
