Breakfast and food in the bar/restaurant were both very good. Location is in a quiet residential area with good local parking and just a10 minutes or so stroll into town.

We arrived around lunchtime when reception was closed and were directed via e-mail to the rear of the property to access our room using a pre-advised code number. Reasonable system but first impressions were not great and we feared that we had made a mistake booking this property, but fears were short lived as the room and restaurant/bar areas were really nice

The room and facilities were excellent and very clean . The restaurant/ Bar was well decorated and breakfast was ample choice - the meals we had at night were both lovely - served by polite staff - one waitress named Adalina was lovely and went out of her way to talk english to us . Both managers and staff were very polite and helpfull throughout our stay . I liked the nod to the past in the bar as it was once called georges bar and frequented by UK army personnel and still has two regimental flags on one of its shelves .

Although it isnt advertised as having a kettle in the room would have liked to see a kettle and cups available for use in the room especially for us Tea loving brits but to be fair its not advertised as having this luxury - altough there was a fridge in the room it wasnt on and couldnt see how to plug it in or turn it on as it was in a cupboard and secured .

The staff is extremelly kind and helpfull they made the experience oustanding with their service. The hotel rooms and restaurante are very cute i would just suggest a renovation on the corridor with stairs to the rooms, but is a minor detail. The food in the restaurant is seriously good and the breakfast excelent! All fresh and real scrambled eggs. The location is great, walking distance to town and the area is lovely

Bed was firm, but comfortable. Located within walking distance of old city, but complicated to drive to hotel. Had asked for blankets and they were provided.

No one from the hotel to talk to, only restaurant staff who didn't speak English. Pillows were hard. No lift - had to haul suitcases up 2 flights of stairs.

Karolin is a beautiful person that made us feel at home. The place is run beautifully and keep it clean to high standards. Highly recommended!

It would be good to have tea making facilities in the room.

Check-in is with a code, very easy. Comfortable room with a table and two chairs. Noise is audible, thin walls, but it didn't bother us. Comfortable beds with two blankets. Breakfast is tasty and colorful enough.

There was a constant smell of cannabis, yes I know its legal in Germany now but my wife is not a fan of the smell

It is close to town and shops all in walking distance. Bus stop right opposite. Loved the balcony in the room . Breakfast was fabulous and dinner was good as always

Continental breakfast was fantastic, the hotel staff were amazing and the hotel itself we both love, as we used to live in Hameln when I served as a British Soldier until 2004. It was sad to see the old Linsingen Kaserne knocked down though.
