The young lady at the front desk was so kind. She asked about our day (which had been pretty tiring) and was super-pleasant! WiFi was strong; breakfast was good (strong coffee:); clean facility; elevator worked (and as tired as we were that was a huge plus!); ice machine one each floor

Wow! The rooms are small! (no fridge/microwave; some moldy caulk around tub; flat pillows-but so tired who cares!) Also, BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM!!! I called bc we needed a room last-minute and the man who answered was going to charge us $147 (booking.com said $97) AND "it was their last room" (booking.com showed 4 more rooms).

The guy at the front desk seemed to be new and took a while with check in. He was very polite, but quiet and made us nervous, thinking he didn't see our reservation bc it took him so long to check us in. The room didn't seem to have been cleaned very well. There was trash and a dirty sock by the headboard, in the corner. The cushion on the window seat was stained and looked questionable. Toilet paper roll was nearly empty. Everything else was fine.

Rebecca was the bomb. Com very friendly, fast, efficient service with a smile.

No microwave in the room or fridge! Literally the only thing that I was not happy with. Staying alone, a woman does not want to come down the elevator by herself at night to heat up something or get ice to make drinks cold.

Breakfast was good & a good selection of different things.

We had to report the floor in our room felt like is had not been swept or moped. We contacted the desk & they took ,care of it for us.

It's the nearest economy accommodation to the Piedmont Hospital where we needed to go due to an accident. Reception is 24 hours. The room rates include breakfast.

It's unfortunate that the carpeting is very worn and feels dirty to the touch, as the room was otherwise fine for one night.

I love this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are small but really well-designed. Beds are comfortable, pillows are good quality, baths are updated and squeaky clean! I always look forward to staying here.

Friendly check in, clean, rooms were fine, beds were good. We did not partake of the breakfast due to timing.

The elevator sounds like it might need a tune up. My only other (minor) complaint was addressed to my satisfaction by a phone call from the manager, so I won't belabor it here.

The lady behind the desk was very kind as I was having an allergic reaction medical emergency and having to stop for the day. She was very nice and accommodating.

The room was comfy, as was the bed, but the bathtub had a little mold around the tub.
