This place was just flat-out gorgeous and cozy! The owners, Russ and Tanya, went the extra mile to make sure everything was top-notch. The location was perfect, very close to all the apple farms and waterfalls. The villa was very clean, and I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend!!! Don't stay at a hotel... this is so much better!

We loved staying at Gingershack Farms! The location is private and well maintained. We had our kids so they had fun building boats to float down the river, meeting the farm animals, playing in the creek and making a fire. The cabins were modern and clean and beds comfortable. The owners were very friendly and responsive! Location was close to Ellijay, apple picking, hiking and tubing. We had a blast and appreciate this special little gem in the mountains!

No kitchen but that’s to be expected when booking!

It is a beautiful place, cozy and clean accommodation in nature. ~20 min drive from the waterfalls. The host came to ask us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great communication from the host and we enjoyed the stay very much. I would love to visit again!

Nothing, I liked everything about this place.

This little cabin was just perfect. We loved seeing the goats, chickens, ducks and bunnies. There was a beautiful stream running right in front of the property. It felt totally private though there were were other cabins close by. It was so much better than choosing a hotel for our stay.

Absolutely nothing.

The villa was so clean, comfortable and cute. The farm as a whole was peaceful. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, the villa felt secure and perfect for our family girl trip.

The road into the farm was a bit bumpy, but we thought it was a fun part of the adventure. Just go slow and it will be fine!

Everything was great, loved the creek running through it and the animals to see.

It was hard to find, especially at night. Some signs would be so helpful. Especially at nights night!

This is an easy 5 star rating. The hosts were beyond exceptional. We hosted our Girls Trip of 25 for the weekend and everyone enjoyed spending time on the property. The hosts were very friendly. They helped with taking pictures and even helped us cook our hotdogs. The cabins are immaculate!! Everyone was so impressed by the decor. All the ladies agreed that we should come back every year. Some plan on coming back with their families. So if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in the mountains, look no further because Gingershack Farms is an awesome place to relax and have a wonderful time! My family and I will be returning. Oh and my son came up to bring the grandkids to tell me bye before they went back to Arizona and the gkids had a ball for the couple of hours they were there. They loved the chickens, goats, swing set and running around playing. Believe me when I say, you will not be disappointed. This place is a hidden gem. Thanks for everything and look forward to visiting again.

The seclusion of it all! I went to get away and I did just that.

It was very dark at night. My imagination be getting the best of me lol! I was very safe and enjoyed the darkness in the end.

Beautiful site, very peaceful and serene.

Porch and chairs on porch needed cleaning. We wanted to sit out there and enjoy nature so we had to clean chairs ourselves .

We only had a couple of nights to stay but we are so glad we chose Gingershack Farms. Excellent hosts - they are very welcoming, thoughtful, and friendly. Beautiful grounds and accommodations. Easy access with no steep or windy roads. The cabin was larger than I had visualized, exceptionally clean, very nicely decorated, and quite comfortable. The primary bed was outstanding and the bunk beds are sturdy, also with great mattresses. The linens were soft, yet crisp and cool. ATT cell phone service is spotty (you're in the mountains) but the wifi was excellent. We enabled wifi calling and had no problems. Having 5 separate cabins available, this is also the ideal location for a group trip if you are looking for a little more privacy. I personally like the idea of everyone having their own space to retire to. We look forward to returning with friends and family in the near future!

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave.
