The staff. Probably one of the friendliest ladies checked us in and gave lots of advice about the area. The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. It's about 1/2 mile to the downtown area and traffic to see Christmas lights was horrendous so we chose to just walk down because when we rode through, we didn't see available parking anywhere. It's slightly uphill coming back but we walk everyday anyway so not a big deal.

Nothing really. It's not a 5 star hotel, just basic lodging but that's all we needed.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice lady. I was new to the area, and she answered my questions about different locations and provided me with a map. When I entered the room, it had a pleasant & clean smell. The room was very nice! updated carpet, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, etc. The breakfast was tasty, a wide variety of cereals, muffins & juices. As well as, eggs, breakfast meats, etc. The pool snd pool area was nice. Our stay exceded my expectations!

There is nothing negative to add.

Our experience exceeded our "first impression." Customer service was quality. Room was clean and comfortable. Though the breakfast area is not spacious and the menu not massive, it had everything we needed to have a good stay and a good breakfast. The price was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast area could use a little expansion. Also the breakfast menu could include more hot items.

Very good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights but when we got back after lunch each day the room was made up and there were fresh towels. We have stayed at pricier places and not had daily housekeeping services, so we were very impressed. Breakfast was good enough and there was always coffee available in the lobby.

It would be nice if they added a decaf coffee in the lobby in the evenings. Everything else was fine. We would stay there again.

The room was clean & comfortable—good value for the cost. The young lady who was working when we arrived was super nice.

We couldn’t get the TV to work & called the front desk. The young lady came within 2-3 minutes & fixed it—loose wire. That problem occurred again & we jiggled it until it came on. The TV’s connection wire in 305 definitely needs attention!

Great location, friendly staff, clean pool, comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

Some of the guests had no respect for others staying at the hotel. Super loud and running around. This had nothing to do with the hotel, just guest not knowing when to quiet down out of respect for others. Front desk did handle the situation.

Nice room.

It would have been helpful to have the layout explained a little more clearly. The property is positioned on a hill so the 3rd floor is the first floor if you go from the lobby. But if you enter from the back parking lot (as we did), it's three flights up, with being tired and having luggage is a bit of a mission

This hotel is only a few minutes away from downtown Dahlonega and a short drive to all the hikes we wanted to do. The staff, especially Bailey, is amazing and friendly and made it easy to extend our stay, which we decided to do after finding our room to be really clean with really comfortable beds. Our room had all the conveniences of a more expensive hotel, including a complimentary breakfast that included hot items such as eggs and sausage and a large assortment of other options as well. We can definitely see staying here again in the future and highly recommend this place!

Not a lot of parking options and right next to a fairly busy road, but all the pluses far outweigh these minor inconveniences.

The night manager Kaylee was very personable, professional, & positive. A real assets to your staff! Although smaller room we were very comfortable. It had refrigerator/microwave, great TV. Available but We didn’t use WIFi. The free breakfast was a bonus & had many choices & was enjoyed! Close to university & downtown activities which was our reason for our visit.I accidentally left my cane at front desk & a very kind female employee rushed out to give it to me bf we drove away!

It was my second time at the hotel and I like it. Good people working there. You can feel like a family place. The couple that cleans the room are so nice understanding our time to get out of the room, because our little kid.
