The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I am legally blind and even sent a young lady to help me with my make up for a wedding I was attending! I cannot say enough about the staff! I was equally impressed with facilities and the indoor pool. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

I have absolutely no complaints!

I feel stupid but I didn't know how to work the TV and the young lady at the front desk came upstairs to adjust the TV for me very pleasant very helpful I'm coming back probably next week and stay again that's how much I enjoyed it 219

There's nothing I didn't like

Just a reminder there is no breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice. Ate at Brusters Real ice cream store that is next door. Ate twice at Millers Ale House. Good food and service and price.

Pricey for no breakfast.

Property was being renovated and looked very nice. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Beds were noisy and not the most comfortable but it was a clean room and clean sheets.

I paid online, I accidentally ordered a one bed with jacuzzi wasn’t aware until I got to the actual hotel, front desk guy tried changing it to lower my price, it wouldn’t let him due to the fact I reserved it in advance.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They made Southern hospitality look great!! The room and bathroom were spotless.

The inside pool wasn’t working due to the heater being broke.

the coffee was very good... Cathy at the front desk was wonderful... I had a phone that was dying and a flat tire at the golf course.... no spare in the car... had no clue... got a hole in the sidewall of the tire..... the Walmart was across the street.... and had the tires.... the lady at the front dest... charged my phone and got me a ride back to my car..... she was so very helpful....... thank you

There was dog hair everywhere but I have dogs so it didn't bother me too much. I didn't being them with me tho.

No breakfast like it said online and TV didn't work.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

No coffee maker in the room. The single chair was very rickety. Not sturdy. Other guests were loud with barking dogs.
