It really is a gorgeous hotel. All the finishings were modern and clean. The room was spacious. The mini fridge was a great plus. Everything was arranged well in the room to also maximize space. The shower was hot and toiletries smelled pretty good.

The only cons… my pillows had hair and some spots on 1 bed in my room. The other was a perfect. &I’m a clean freak so that’s A LOT. Also the shower door is not large enough it wet up the floor significantly.

Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and attractions. Beautiful facilities with nice, clean areas. Remarkable addition to downtown Gainesville.

This property should have built a pool to enjoy hot days outside surrounded by a nice beautiful atmosphere.

The courtyard was very nice and relaxing.

The door to our room in 406 kept getting stuck to where we couldn’t open it with the key. Had maintenance replace the battery but don’t think that was the problem. The lock from the inside kept falling down to the lock position and we were having issues getting in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Location was in town, could walk to area businesses to shop.

The breakfast, $30.00 was not what I expected, stated for up to two adults and kids. Cafe was Starbucks. Excessive prices for food, would never get this again, $90.00 for three nights was a waste of money, absolutely no value regarding this service.

The property was very clean and comfortable for our one-night stay! Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Our room smelled new too.

I was overcharged by the hotel after checking out more than the price I had confirmed through booking.com and when I messaged the hotel they never responded to tell me why :( I would have rated it exceptional had I been charged the price I thought I got through booking.com

Clean, sleek design. I loved having a corner room with views on two sides. The shampoo and conditioner were luxurious!

My toilet would run every few minutes which did keep me awake for a while both nights. Room 317. Maybe someone can fix it for the next guest.

Was very clean and surprisingly quiet. Altho I was courtyard side not street side thank goodness.

Nothing really. I was only there to shower and sleep so I didn’t utilize anything but the coffee station.

They did not work with us about a request for a room near the elevator. My wife has problems walking long ways and we were given a room at the end of the hall. As far away from the elevator as you could get.

Location and aesthetics. Very well appointed rooms and common areas. Courteous bar/wait staff. Courteous check in. Great beds and quality linens.

The only negative comment I can add is in regard to traffic noise. I was somewhat surprised to hear traffic outside the building, expecting a new structure to have addressed this concern.

Easy and convenient parking, nice bistro for breakfast, room was comfortable and well thought out for visitor’s comfort, shower was convenient for elderly or handicapped guests, bar convenient and outside plaza inviting when the weather cooperates, every staff member that we encountered was very personable.

No issues.
