Very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. All employees I encountered were extremely friendly. We had a view of the pool which looked really nice. The welcome mats at each doorway are a nice touch. I really liked the separate seating/living room area. Pretty sure the couch pulls out into a bed.

The water pressure was pretty weak but got good and hot. Something that is out of the motel's control but should be noted: be very careful when pulling out onto the main road!! Where you pull out is in a curve on a busy road and you can't see past it. Again, not the property's fault.

The bed and room were comfortable and we were next to the pool which was super convient! The lady who checked us in at night was super sweet.

The room had an oil smelly that over powered the space and burnt my eyes a little (we moved that thing to the bathroom). The breakfast ended at 9am sharp, the lady behind the counter wouldn't even make us an esspresso a little after 9am she just pointed me to the extremely water down coffee which was annoying but not the end of the world, she just could have been nicer about it.

The Coffee Pot was Dirty from the Previous Customers Stay!!! For Some Reason , We Did Not Get to Include a Discount From AARP or Even AAA When I Booked It !!! The Registration Said You Do It On Line But There Was No Discount Applications Available !!! When They Could of Applied the Discount When WE Arrived to Help Accommodate Us !!!

We like the location as we travel to Gainesville often for softball. Clean rooms, ok breakfast, friendly staff.

Well Saturday night, the pool crowd was rowdy and noisy past 10pm. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer to complain as we needed to up early for a softball game. I do not think he every came out they just finally left the pool around 11 pm.

We selected the property for the close location to the purpose of our trip and because it was pet friendly and we were traveling with pets. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Pool area was very nice and clean. Pet relief area was nice and grassy, fairly large, and well cleaned with sanitation supplies provided and well stocked.

It’s obviously an older property in need of a bit of TLC, but it seems they are working to making improvements to the property.

Everything. Beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect. Everything within 5 miles. Will definitely stay again. Staff was very nice and so was the cleaning ladies.

The beds were wore at the head from sitting so the head sat lower than the feet. The curve at the entrance is sketchy due to people thinking the road is a race track.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guest Lodge and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly atmosphere welcomed me with open arms. The staff at the Guest Lodge are the true gems of this establishment. Their hospitality and attentiveness were beyond compare. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It's rare to encounter such genuine and caring individuals who truly understand the art of customer service. The rooms at the Guest Lodge were not only clean but also incredibly cute. The attention to detail in the decor and layout made for a cozy and inviting ambiance. It's evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.

Everything was great!

Everything was wonderful. Every staff member we interacted with was perfectly polite. The room was clean enough and quite spacious. Towels and sheets weren't the softest in the world, but they were definitely better than other places I've stayed, and they provided plenty. And it was surprisingly quiet, even on the nights when it was at higher occupancy, aside from general city noises. If you get a room with a "pool view" you get a pretty cool sunrise in the mornings. Comparing tit for tat this hotel vs others in the area with rooms for the same price point, this one definitely takes the win. I'll stay here again if the need arises.

Location great and central outdoor pool, perfect for our baseball kids to gather and hang out. Nice seating outside the pool. Location and price were good! Micrrowave and fridge. Front desk staff outstanding!!

Beds are ok, definitely an old but refurbished hotel but as expected.

The rooms here are super comfy, nice , and most IMPORTANTLY CLEAN compared to other hotels in the ville . If you want to spend a night where you feel something close to being at home in your own bed , this will be the one .

When I booked online , depending on the person at the front office.. they want to ask for a card to assure a deposit when in the app it says that no deposit is needed once you booked online .
