The bathroom deserves to be praised!!! Extremely clean, not one water spot on the glass door to the shower. AND!!! They have shampoo and conditioner AND body wash in the shower ready for you! And in the Dove brand not that other cheap mess. The room was very clean. Not one speck of dust or dirt.

There was a guest party going on down stairs that had their music extremely loud as well as causing the fire alarm to set off due to a smoke machine. I felt like I was at the club. At 10:15 pm I even called down to complain and the front desk informed me that “the party paid extra for the room. “ did it make it okay for them to be inconsiderate to the other guests ? NO! Due to them setting off the fire alarm at 12:30am the FD did show up. Maybe if they had a rule of no extras loud music after 10pm would be great!

Breakfast was very good, great location. Property seemed to be updated and was very clean. We requested extra blankets and the front desk receptionist was very accommodating

The rooms were clean and roomy, but very "cold". Since the room had tile floors (which I like from dust perspective), they need warmer colors and lighting and some soft surfaces. Instead there is limited lighting and a dark mural on the wall. Not a deal breaker, just an opportunity to improve the look of the room

Hot breakfast was very good. Staff was super accommodating. Room was super clean, large and modern/updated. General Manger was very personal and helped us get into the perfect room.

Dogs should not be allowed in the hotel. They bark at night and kept me awake and they are dirty animals and take away from the cleanliness appearance of the hotel. They are walking in the halls, lobby, and even in the FOOD AREA! The location of the hotel is not the best, not much to do. But we just wanted to get away, not do much anyway.

Best breakfast I’ve ever encountered. Overall, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good selection of snacks.

I wanted to give it a 10 but my room (202) probably had the worst location in the building - window view, not that there was much to look at, was blocked by entrance overhang. I might as well have had a blank wall as it also let in very little light. There was no TV channel guide except on the TV which scrolled very slowly. I had to write down channels I wanted to watch. I was there for 3 nights. Stairway A from 2nd floor to 1st wasn’t cleaned the 3 days I was there even though I reported it. There was a lot of yard debris on the stairs.

Super clean! Friendly staff! Great value! The pool was great. Did I mention clean?

On our last night there was a group of about 30-40 people hanging out in the lobby drinking and being loud. Kids were running up and down halls knocking on doors. The staff took care of the problem right away. I just wish they could have found a different t location to hang out

The hotel provides exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. The breakfast served each morning is delicious and a great way to start the day. I stay at this hotel every time I get to come to Monroe. Each time it is very clean, the staff is always friendly and I love that the hotel is far enough away from the interstate that you cant hear the traffic. I also would like to add i feel safe here. Thank you all so much for all your hard work and everything you do to make our stay a pleasant one.

The beds were comfortable, air conditioning controls worked well in the room, free parking, facilities seemed brand new.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although I didn't expect it to be that different from any other hotel free breakfast, it was standard. If you don't have any dietary requirements and want to load up on carbs and sugar in the morning, you'll be fine! Coffee was better than most other hotels.

Fast check in, friendly staff, THE complementary BREAKFAST was the best I’ve ever had! Room was very spacious and comfortable.

We ended up in a handicapped room which was very spacious and comfortable! The only issue was washing my hair in the shower comfortably because the water pressure was slim to none. My husband said it felt like showering with an outdoor water hose haha. My hair eventually got clean, but it was pretty cold meanwhile!

Very nice complex, looks to be fairly new. Rooms are spacious and all looks modern, new. Bed was very comfortable, a/c worked great on the 90 plus degree day. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast very good. Location is easy to get to being within a mile from the interstate.

Nothing to complain about.
