Unexpectedly great hotel. They are remodeling. Everything in our room was new - carpet and bed were new, and walls were recently painted. Bathroom was excellent. Everything was very clean. Lobby area was also all new. Overall, I was very, very impressed. Plenty of (free) parking at the hotel. Hotel is quite a ways back from the main road, so there were no problems with noise. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, even more just on the other side of the big highway. Not sure that I'll ever need to stay in Winder again in my lifetime...but if I do, I'll stay here for sure.

My only complaint is the liberal use of Fabuloso. Yuck. For real, get some Clorox Cleanup or PineSol or something, not that smelly junk. Lots of hotels use this now, and I despise it.

I like the fact that the facility was not so crowded around other buildings I like the fact I was able to pull up get a cart to put our things on and was able to roll it to the room and bring it back to the front. The property was clean inside and out. The Receptionist at the front the black lady was so professional and kind. There was another. Lady maybe Hispanic she just smiled did not say anything. But she was cordial.

There was NOT anything that I did not like I loved everything including the breakfast absolutely Amazing.

Everybody was real friendly, even the guest. The staff was awesome. We were down for a wedding. We had time to swim in the pool and meet other guest. There was a little sports bar around the corner while we watched the Georgia Clemson game. We really enjoyed that too.

I need to check in early and it was $96 to check in early when I got my credit card statement back I seen where they charge me twice $47 to check in early which made it the 97. They said it was gonna be, but I thought that was a little high.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked that the shampoo and bodywash wash already there so there was less to pack. The hotel was convenient to everything and I will definitely stay there again.

I wish that the breakfast time (6:30 - 9:30) had been a little later on the weekend so I could have enjoyed breakfast and that check out could have been around 12.

The hotel is quiet, very clean and has a fresh, updated feel. The staff was nice, courteous and helpful. The bed was quite comfortable as well. We liked the location as it is near restaurants and a shopping area.

Looked way safer than the Athens location where I was planning on staying the night. Decided to drive 30 mins to Bethlehem instead. Definitely made the better choice

No hair conditioner in the shower. The wall mounted pump bottle was empty.

Very nice place to stay! Everything about this hotel was awesome. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was roomy and had a large walk in shower with large, heavy duty doors. Parking was pretty decent and was close by to a lot of food and drink options.

Shower water pressure was lacking. I understand water conservation and can applaud the effort. Just wish it was a little bit more. Breakfast was average. I was hoping for a little more wow factor.

Pretty decent place. You can’t hear the traffic on the Highway. There are plenty of places to eat and a Cinema close by. All walking distance too.

Our room smelled odd. I did attempt to tell this to the front desk lady. She giggled and dismissed it with a comment: “I’m sorry about that. They all smell weird.” I’m telling you, imagine you coming back from a picnic and emptied your cooler but forgot to dry it. A few days later you open that same cooler and it has a weird moldy smell. That’s exact what the room smelled like. That was the only major thing that made this stay uncomfortable. I was there for a wedding and had to spray my clothes a few times to ensure I didn’t smell like the room.

The omelettes were delicious. Coffee hot and fresh at breakfast. The furniture configuration that had a place to set your luggage, which metal strips so it didn't harm the furniture, was great.

I could hear my next door neighbor snoring each night. One day I left at 8:30 a.m. and got back at 5:15 p.m. and my room had not been cleaned.

The staff was very helpful, especially the chef in the kitchen! For breakfast on Sunday morning she told me she had biscuits in the oven and I said I’ll for them to be done. Once they were ready she brought one to my table! She was attentive and very pleasant.
