The eggs were dry, and the pancakes were stretchy. Please offer salt/pepper packs to the guest eating in their rooms. THE DOVE PRODUCTS MADE ME FALL IN LOVE. THE HOT WATER AND THE SHOWER PRESSURE HELPED ME SLEEP LIKE A BABY. The location is awesome and peaceful. I felt safe.

Friday, the maintenance man showed up to fix the shower door that randomly slid open. I thought we had a ghost. When we returned Friday night, the toilet was stopped up, and we didn't use the bathroom in comfort because we didn't want our room to smell. The blunger that's given to the guest to use was too large for the toilet hole. Thankfully, the maintenance man showed up that Saturday morning as we were going out and fixed the toilet. The pool was closed for maintenance.

I love the newness and the cleanliness. I love the location. Everyone was helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable. I love that shampoo and bodywash was available and the sizes of them. Breakfast was very good!

Even though we did enjoy the breakfast. The bacon ran out and we had to let someone know. Then we had to wait. We arrived to breakfast at 8:30. Also, I suggest adding chocolate milk for the kids.

Clean property, accommodating shower for my 85 year old Mom. Valeria was the most inviting and personable front desk attendant I have ever encountered in all my travels and I travel a lot. Kudos to her and the other staff, both evening and morning teams. I love good customer service‼️

I wanted a handicapped room and the one I had was clean and great, but would have preferred one with available handles for the shower and toilet area.

My visit was superb! When I first walked in, the lobby was very welcoming and clean. The staff I interact with was very professional and pleasant! I was located on the 4th floor. The room temperature was pleasant, and the room was extremely clean(A+ to the cleaning staff). I am very OCD and this establishment did not disappoint! I will visit again.

very good hotel with excellent facilities. I only wished that the housekeeping/ room cleaning was done daily. it was done only once in the 4 days that we were there. For me, who has travelled to many countries, it was a surprise.

I come here once every month or 2 and stay for work. It’s very clean, friendly staff, the only thing is they need to get the elevators serviced. But everything else is great and breakfast is good.

Elevators were or are not good kept on getting stuck stalling not level with designated floor wife preferred taking stairs after 1st experience on both
