Staff were all excellent, really really excellent and without exception made us feel welcome. Warm and friendly best describes them. Roxannne was great to talk to, sharing travel stories and chatting.

Rollaway bed was way too large for the room (we were 3). We got moved to a larger room after one night (no larger room available first night). I'm not complaining, just explaining. We found a ladies wedding ring under the rollaway when we were setting it up, reception have it in safekeeping for its owner

The room was very clean. We were able to grab a few necessities that we forgot to pack in the lobby. Breakfast was great. The staff was amazing!! They greeted us every single time we entered or left the hotel. They remembered our names, and they were super attentive and accommodating.

The mobile app check-in process did not work. The app said we were good to go, but we never received a mobile key and were not actually checked in upon our arrival.

Friendly staff and clean rooms were top notch. They were able to check me in earlier than the expected time.

There was a child running and making noise above my room making sleep a daunting task at 7am especially after a 5 am flight from AZ. I called the occupants to ask if they would be a little considerate and they attempted to do so; however, it was short lived altogether. This was not the fault of the establishment.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and seemed new and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and they did different stuff all the days we were there. The breakfast always had oatmeal, waffles, then they did fried eggs, or scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, and biscuits and gravy

I had a King suite,the room exceeded my expectation, very very clean , plenty of towels, the room had a kitchenette which was fully stocked with pots and pans and dishes,The desk personnel was extremely nice ,and breakfast was delicious.

The location was great. It was clean and safe. The sheets and comforter were soft. The bathroom was clean & spacious. Everything was modern and equipped for technology today. You can log into your Netflix on the tv and just plug in your usb cord to several of the places to charge your devices. The staff was very welcoming and nice!

The Breakfast was enjoyable and the facility was actually very clean and the pool was enjoyable.

The location of the pool was right in eyesight of an apartment building just adjacent to it. Kind felt like a fish bowl but otherwise kool.

Newer hotel. End suite unit was much better after relocating to parking lot side of hotel.

The room was getting a lot of road noise until we relocated to the parking lot side of the property. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and could be changed out with a better mattress.

Breakfast was good . Had a good selection.

We under the assumption that breakfast was still a on at 9:30 on Monday morning. When we came down about 9 am most of the breakfast was gone. When we ask asked we were told it’s Monday morning that was just for the weekend. Should be a little more clear on the time line.

I liked the hot breakfast. This was one of the best continental hot breakfast Ive had at a hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The table and chairs needed cleaning. The trash cans also needed liners in tbem.
