The staff was amazing! I just moved back to town and my dog was really scared and nervous, they were so kind and treated her with kindness. They were all sweet and engaging and so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely nothing

Clean, spacious room with a more than adequate breakfast. I don’t agree with the rating of 8.5. The breakfast is free. If you want a better meal then go out for your meal. I thought the waffle makers (choice of whole or mini waffle maker) & mix were great along with choice of sausage, eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal and different breads to toast… juices, coffee and tea more than good. Location was perfect. Near to a lot of restaurants, stores, Stone Mountain and Atlanta. Staff was friendly and the room was cleaned while we were out the next morning. I highly recommend.

The breakfast was okay. However, this location has a small dispenser for coffee which was constantly running out. I do not understand why management does not take immediate action to correct this... Buy an additional container!

The signage for the elevators needs to be perpendicular to the entryway. Currently, the elevator entrance is indistinguishable from any other doorway and signage is not visible from lobby. Fix this!

I liked the fireplace in the lobby and the Christmas decorations. I also liked being placed on the 1st floor

I didn't like how we had to wait until our dirty towels were re washed so that we can use again.... that never ever happened before at an hotel I ever stayed at. Very tacky and cheap. Then the wifi never worked!! I some how didn't receive any emails while we were there and they never popped up like they usually do once we left. That was super strange.

Very good breakfast. Better then most hotels I have stayed at. Staff was very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed.

The pool was cold. They told me it was heated. Pretty sure just the room was heated. Kids had fun playing though. This momma couldn't handle it

Room was available earlier than originally reservation time of 3pm.

Breakfast was a horrible experience. Area was clean, food was ok, but their was a hotel guest coughing all over the food, didn't even cover his mouth. Guest should be required to wear mask when attending. I was wearing a mask, maybe the guest coughing was trying to prove a point. I immediately left.

Employees were all super nice. Especially the night person on staff while I was there. She was super friendly and very helpful

Only thing would be maybe doing breakfast till 10 for the not early risers or the people who were up late. Otherwise no complaints

I absolutely enjoyed the stay! Very close to the hospital which is why we were there (husband was having spinal surgery) staff was helpful enough to suggest ground flooring for us... Very cozy! Not too big and extremely inviting.. Would definitely stay again if and when we visit..

Breakfast was nice and wifi was stable. I will say Ms. Denise went above and beyond to help me during my stay! I came to your property to take my Law School Admission Test. The room I was initially assigned was terrible. There was mold in the AC unit slats and the room smelled of cigarette (I am severely allergic). I informed Ms. Denise of the situation and she had me immediately go downstairs to provide me with a room that was MUCH cleaner and did not smell. Denise did this all with a smile and showed the utmost professionalism and kindness. Give that wonderful lady a raise because she was amazing!

Comfortable bedding and everything in good condition. Breakfast was what I expected and just enough for my stay

Not complaining, but the signal on my TV was not working. Told them to fix it on Wednesday after 11 when I would be out for the day. It never got fixed so I had no TV the whole stay.
