Always beautiful views,bed was comfy, room clean, love sitting on balcony.

We had problems locking balcony door, even though they did renovations,the locking mechanism was worn out. Also I wish the dining would go back to pre Covid style. Breakfast was delicious but they use to have so much more options

Wonderful place to visit. This was our second time staying, loved it so much the first time. Due to the July 4th additional charges we chose to go to the festival on July 3rd and relax in the hotel on the 4th. To my surprise you have to turn on the refrigerator every two hours. What is up with that? Normally we don't use it cause we are always going and doing something when on vacation This was the only disappointment. Service is great about giving more coffee when needed. 💕

There is a $20 fee to enter the area of the mountain to get to the resort. The resort check in person told me to ask where we were charged. They may return the fee after seeing we stayed at a resort. Friends who travel with us were informed that it was non refundable. The person who collected the $20 mountain fee to inquire at the resort. When reservations are made. Individuals should be made aware of the mandatory fee charged to reach the resort.

Beautiful location

They charge a resort fee of 70, plus you have to put down an 80 dollar deposit. resort fee began when they changed ownership. It makes me sometimes want to stay elsewhere just bc I’m Shelling out 150 dollars before I even pay for the room which, in my opinion are overpriced. It may be due to inflation, but one weekend, with a discount included cost 560 and then I’m still paying an additional 150 to get through the door. The place is nice but it’s not the four seasons or the Ritz Carlton.

Lovely view. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting. Plenty of sockets. Lovely situation in park.

Took ages for elevator. Pay to enter park, if only for the first time, should be reimbursed. Inside pool and hot tub needs attention. Loose tiles and debris in bottom of jacuzzi pool, sharp!

The Atlanta Evergreen is a beautiful property in the perfect place. This place has so many hidden gems. The trails, golf, bikes, sky ride, STONE MOUNTAIN. The hotel is warm and a great place to rest after an adventure.

Its absolutely beautiful. If you love nature, please go and get grounded. I had a wonderful stay. The golf is TOP TIER.

The hotel was nestled in an awesome location. The Christmas theme was there in lobby. My double queen room was very spacious. My granddaughter and I enjoyed our room.

We weren't aware that the hotel offered shuttle service to stone mountain park. Nor of the restaurant there in the hotel until the last day. Although is fall, visually some areas needed attention. Most lodging places will have I formation related to the hotel and near by attractions in the room or offered upon arrival.. So be prepared to browse the Internet.

Open times frame of bar,, restaurants and coffee shop..it should be available 24/7.... Should have a night scene (club) so you don't have to go out into town to party and meet other guest....pool should be available 24/7.for late night swimmer's..

beautiful location and building, had a serene vibe but not too far from everything else. didn’t come on this trip for this resort but after coming we plan on coming back and staying within the park!

the bathrooms were a tad bit dirty and dingy and there was no room service so we had to order from the restaurant there, however, they burned our food so we didn’t end up eating dinner at all.

The beds were comfy. The views were nice.

Didn't have microwave even though it stated in the description when booking it. The bathroom could have been more clean but it's also a little outdated. The bathroom didn't even have a fan. Trees in the parking lot are a safety hazard. They're too large and tall. Can't see when trying to turn and the trees are at the end of every row.
