The chef who cooked the breakfast was PHENOMINAL ! She was very nice and courteous, she was very attentive to make sure the food was fresh and that the guest were satisfied with the menu. She went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I really liked her personality she was very welcoming. She should be the employee of the year ! I wish I could hire her. I forgot her name, but I did not forget her food, and her pleasant personality.

The room was not ready when I checked in. When I got to my room the beds were unmade, the room was in shambles and I had to go back down stairs to wait for a room of my type to become available. Also, I did not like the lobby area, very small and not inviting. The baggage carrier was broken, I had loaded all my luggage up on it then I begin to pull the cart and the rails begin to come apart, and the wheels, were wobbling, it was a mess. The manager (I guess) came in and seen it and told the employees not to have broken equipment out for the guess to use ???? How embarrassing

I didn't like that breakfast was over at 9:30. And a staff member had an attitude about a garbage can when my empty sugar packs were next to my cup while I was still adding sugar. She assumed I was going to leave the trash when I was done making my coffee.

The first night I checked in Monique had amazing service. I've never had front desk call and check to make sure we were ok once we got in our room. Monique did that and it made the experience exceptional.

The pancake machine didn't work our whole stay and the other breakfast items wasn't all that.

Very clean and spacious room. Parking was close to the entrance. Like the fact they had a pool and even a laundry room.

The room was very cold. It took approximately around 6 hrs for it to warm up. The shower head was hanging from the hose. There was no bracket to hold the shower head up. I then noticed that it was a wheelchair accessible room. Perhaps that had something to do with it. The staff was not so welcoming.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Pool was not open but was not planning to use it. Parking is always a challenge if you return late, but is always available. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

One complaint: the bed was entirely too soft. Slept ok, of course, but just not what we are accustomed to. Still, this hotel was a good choice.

Kudos to C. Brown housekeeping manager. For whatever reason the person that works the front desk was not on the property. Ms. Brown was wonderful despite haveing to do a job she had not been trained for. Fantastic Job Ms Brown

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional, patricularly a desk staffer named Kyra. She was very helpful and attentive and very knowledgeable.

Nothing in particular other than my refrigerator didn't work.

The location was very convenient to visit family and friends and to shop, mall, restaurants all around
