The front desk staff was very personable, helpful, & responsive. Location was good for us and one of the higher rated hotels in the Tucker area, which is where we have family. The breakfast was good- several choices, including ready-made oatmeal instead of instant packages.

Noise: The hotel is near I-285 and our room was at the end nearest the interstate, so there was a lot of road noise, so recommend asking for a room away from the interstate- that may help? There was a lot of hall noise, loud talking/doors slamming at 3am. Housekeeping: We were there for 3 nights- the room was clean and received some attention each day. But we had to seek replacement coffee/tea & cups each day. This is not deal breakers & only a consideration if you like a cuppa before leaving your room each morning :). maybe just a result of short staff over the holidays.

The rooms were clean, the lobby was clean, the staff was clean and welcoming. The location fantastic. We were able to walk next door and eat cheap meals from Piccadilly! And even better my family who I was visiting were less than 3 minute drive away! Another thing to add- we left our iPad in the hotel room and didn’t realize until we were back home 12 hours away so I called and he went to check for me and found it! They held onto it until my family could come grab it for me and if that doesn’t show how respectful and trusting they are with your property then I don’t know what does! I wish I knew the name of the man who helped me. He upgraded our room for no charge because we ended up needing 2 beds instead of the 1 bed room that I paid for and there was no issue at all. We will definitely book at this location in the future.

Room had slight mildew smell like u can tell it was leakage at some point

My stay was really nice. The room and environment was clean. The beds were comfy. The showers hot. I especially appreciated the friendless of the staff. We were greeted with a smile. I was able to get extra towels and toothbrushes without issue. (family of 4) One night I came in late and asked if there did they had any chocolate in the little convenience store. The store didn't have any so barbie, the staff, offered some of her personal stash. That was so kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even the day stay was accommodating.. the day we were leaving, there was a big storm. I asked for a later check out and it was no problem.

I tried twice to reach the front desk from the phone in the room. Once I had to walk down to get them. The other time I was able to reach them by calling the hotel from my cell phone. When I told the front desk about it, they apologized and explained that the hotel was full, they were likely assisting another guest when I called. I understood.

The room was clean and held ready for our late arrival. Shadi, the night clerk, was friendly, pleasant and helpful. She provided blankets for fold out couch and screw driver to my husband to tighten loose toilet seat.

The toilet seat was so loose it was not fit for use. The grandchildren, our daughter and ourselves could not do our business safely on the toilet. The room door was very difficult to open and close, resulting in having to pull very hard to open and slam to shut. We were concerned the noise would bother other guests, plus difficult for us to manage.

Convenience to where my guests were having to visit without having to get on any interstate including i285.. The room - very nice and the beds were very comfortable, allowing them to have a good night's sleep.. The continental breakfast had great delicious choices.

The only thing missing from THAT room was the walk-in shower (vs) bathtub

Staff is great. Front desk friendly and competent. Breakfast crew good and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Being nit picky...but the laundry requires quarters...and none were at the front desk. Just would be more convenient if they kept a roll of quarters handy. Not a big deal.

Marena was especially cheerful & helpful each morning at breakfast! Also the young man who checked us in (don’t remember his name).

Were disappointed that the pool wasn’t functional quite yet – – but under stood that it was the beginning of the season and chemicals weren’t balanced yet…

The breakfast was not enjoyable. They ran out of syrup and only one fruit selection. The meat entry was nasty (turkey sausage) they did not have the usual white gravy or biscuits. Coffee tasted old and burnt.

Location, staff and cleanliness of room

The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced because it was sunken in the middle. Ran out of scrambled eggs and jelly forty five minutes before breakfast was over. When eggs finally arrived they were unseasoned egg whites.
