I like the price and the rooms are usually fairly clean.

The fact that I have to pay extra for amenities that are advertised in their Web page as being in the rooms, and that makes it False Advertisement. Also, it seems like they only use their lobby for people of their race, otherwise you have to go inside a room the size of a closet to check in and out, and when you need something.

The room was clean nice decor and it was wonderful that there was no carpet that made me feel as if it was even cleaner than most hotels with carpet that was a plus

The water pressure in the shower was not up to par that's about the only thing I didn't like everything else was fine all the bed was way too soft it wasn't good for my back but nice bed and those fluorescent lights I didn't like the fluorescent lights it was bad on my eyes I'm elderly person or a senior citizen and those fluorescent lights were not so good but otherwise everything else was okay

The price and the location

The fact that I always have to pay extra for a microwave, refrigerator and any other amenities that they don't have in the rooms. They advertise these rooms showing those amenities in them but they are not. Other than that it was Okay.

The staff at Masters Inn are very kind and attentive to the customer. They made the stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean. I would only suggest to add a microwave to the rooms for convenience.

They are double charging my credit card I went through booking.com and they are still holding over 600 on credit card also.

Hotel was clean property was cleaned nice pool

Some people checked in with kids and let them run all night and all day in the room and in the breezeways disturbing other guests the property did nothing

Nice comfy room & bed & atmosphere

Staff insulted my intelligence. No fridge or microwave & was an extreme inconvenience accommodating for every cold drink & in the middle of summer. Plus they lied about the pool. It was closed. That's false advertisement & they need stop lying on their website.

How everyone was nice but kept to them selfs. The room was surprisingly vary clean and unlike the reviews I read there was no bugs and was up with the times on deco and plenty of room. The frount dest people were vary nice and helpful. And the cleaning staff was vary nice too. And didn't bug us about being just about a half hr late checking out bc we woke up late. I really thought because of the low price I got off of booking.com (ten dollers cheeper then over the phone directly to hotel) that the place was just another run of the mill cheep hotel that I would have to keep my kids indoors at because of the others there running a muck. But it was like a hotel I would have normallyv paid a easy fifty bucks more for

It has nice rooms for the price. And they had a church event in parking lot when I stayed and they made huge plates for me my two sons and husband vary nice
